I had something on craigslist and then got emails from a CHARLES WILLIAMS .  I told him to call me to make sure he was legitimate. He called from this number in California.  Also, said he would mail me a check and wanted my address.  I did not provide it until I googled the number and now read all the coments.   He must be a scammer!!!  Thanks for the posts.

Caller?s I.D. appeared as ?not available?. i did not answer and caller did not leave a message. Caller has called several days in a row at about 6:30 pm.

Same number I was given but goes by a different name. Goes by Alex Rodriguez. I'm trying to sell a college text book and he said he was "interested" in buying it. I specifically told him I accept CASH ONLY and that he must PERSONALLY MEET ME at a local restaurant of MY choice. When he replied he said that he'd send a check or money order and schedule a local pick up as he's "very busy". I had a feeling that he was nothing but a scammer as that's all that have been contacting me about my ad. No one serious.

I put an on craiglist for work as a housecleaner or nanny So i got an email te details about his family mg to my town which I never told him where i lived.  And he said he works for an oil company and he need sme to clean a house his family will be moving to he said he will pay me $400 for two days a week and 2hrs day.  So i looked for his email adress or name on the scammers page an none of his info can be founds an it said that the adress he provided to me was not even real.

So I looked up the cell numbegave an told me to text or call after 2pm (707)901-7650  he goes by the name Badmus Jerry with the adress 277 caataraat place el cjon CA 92020 USA.

So becareful its a scam he wants your info to steal your money an your credit.
