i just got this number calling me,  this after over a month of not getting any robocalls. -_-;

got a call from this number, I am on a do not call list. It was for health insurance.  Just said press 2 to learn more, no option for being removed from their list.

I called this number and it is not in service.  I too have my number listed in the Do Not Call Registry.  I just love the internet!  I tried to find out who this number belonged to and and this page came up.  Thanks for all the comments and the link to my attorney general's office.  I'm going to spend the 0.47 cents and send a complaint.  Someone is having fun out there at our expense.

They called my mobile, and when the recording started I hit a dead zone, so my phone said "call failed" :)  I tried to call back, and I got "The subscriber you have dialled is not in service."

Maybe I'm going out on a limb here... but I started getting these calls after filling out an info sheet at X Sport fitness in Chicago. If you sign the contract, you are giving them permission to use your number, your work number, work fax number and your emergency contact's number for promotional purposes. Shady contract followed by shady calls.

It is a computerized call about health insurance, and to the best of my knowlege, this company is not suppose to call me as I enrolled in the "do not call list".

What happens to companies that disregard the list?  How did they even get my cell phone number?

I too have suspicions about X-Sport Fitness Club as well.....
yet , there is no way to prove it-
unless an employee who works there can confirm, that,
they do indeed sell mobile phone numbers to telemarketers!

Equally frustrating- is not being able to call them back-
and depositing a Hunk-O-Hate! in their ear!
I get the same recorded message saying this number is
"it is not in service"

South-Sider,Dave,Joanna, I belive the calls are being generated from Chicago and are being systematic. To prove this theory , i need you to call me.  Use your area code and prefix and my last four numbers(4579). If everybody on the Do Not Call Registry files a complaint, this little small time weenie will get busted!

Trouble is, the phone number they used is invalid. 708-208-4652 in my case so it is not tracable. Started out as an insurance call then I hung up. I'm also on the do not call list but what do scammers care about laws and rules?

A solicitation.  My number is unlisted and I'm on the national do not call list.  The FCC legislation is messed up BIG TIME.

Just got one from the rejects.  Same thing as everyone is reporting - robo call about health insurance.

I refuse to answer as I have given my cell phone number to NOONE. I've only had the phone for 2 weeks or so.

I was in the shower, but there was no message.  I'm sure it was the insurance thing though.

somehow some calls are forwarded to my number.  I will continue to try to learn what scam insurance company this is.  If anyone finds out, please post, I will do the same.  Thanks

When I find out who this phone number belongs to I will go there and kill the sorry a**hole!

I picked up because I'm from the 708 area, so I thought it was someone I knew considering that I just got a new phone and had lost some of my numbers. I was really wrong. It wasn't a huge deal but it's just annoying.

Someone from this number phoned my cell phone.  I missed the call, but they did not leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call List as well, and have no idea how they got my cell phone number.  I never list my cell phone publicly.

Received the call, didn't pick up though, no voice-mail was left. Sounds like a theme.
