Keep getting their number showing up on my phone. No messages or anything. Looked up the number it belongs to some company named SCS??? Leave me a message and you will get a call back. duh...

Just had call from this number at 8:10pm and the person asked to speak with Rita - I advised her she had the wrong number and she replied ok I will call back later.......

Illinois Collection Service; they handle medical bills. They called today about a bill that was paid a month ago.the kicker? They had a copy of the check in front of them but did not know if the client was paid. How is that the debtor's problem?
