I got a message from this number saying I had entered a drawing for a car and that I won one of four major prizes. I was asked to call Patrick back at 1-877-279-3457, ext 243.  I don't want to call him back because I fear it is probably a scam.

Just received the same call from Patrick " Says this is NOT a marketing call" which means that it is and as I am on the do not call list ...illegal.

I believe in the old saying " If it sounds too good to be true"  etc.

Got the same message from Christopher from Vandell Comm Gr. saying that my name had been drawn in a drawing for a new car and had won one of the top 4 prizes...and so on as the others stated.  Also said he's been trying to reach us several times, but this is the first call I've received.  I don't typically enroll in these types of drawings so I'm glad I looked here before calling back - what a scam!!

I received the same phone call which said I won a car. I then type the number in the search bar to see all the same message from other caller. Thank for posting the message. What a time saver. I a so glad I don't answer unknow number. I don't answer unknow number because I did once and $217.00 was stolen from my checking account. They get your number and account when you order something from the info merch. They ask me did I want to try some coupon and I told them I would try them however, I am not given them my credit card number not knowing they already had it. I though I was being smart because someone had called me once and I told them I would try their product and they assure me would mail me the coupon in 30 day which I would never received.

Receiving calls under two Caller ID numbers: 708-248-7120 and 708-248-6929 Caller mumbles something unidentifiable plus an apology and hangs up. Caller ID lists Vandell Comm Gp.

Got the exact same message re the car and checked here thinking it was a scam. The guy did talk fast and said he made multiple attempts to call me.....

I had a few calls from someone named Christopher leaving messages in my voice mail saying I won a car in a drawing I entered, that this is time sensitive and to call back asap. The message also said I am a winner of one of the top 4 prizes. I didn't call back just wanted to check to see if this is a scam since I did enter a car drawing but the message didn't say what car. Thanks to the other posts I can see that this is a scam.

Called ID read, PRIZE CRD SRVC.  I answered the phone, when the guy came on he said, "I'm sorry, I have a wrong number.  Have a nice day." and hung up.

I assume they're trolling to find valid phone numbers or trying to get a recording of your voice or something.

AVOID.

Called the 1-866-312-9553 ext 109, asked for Christopher was told he was away from his desk. They put me on hold and when he came back he said that I filled out some from at a sporting event, or fair, or drawing site and was drawn as a major prize winner. He gave me a claim # of MCG-541 and then went on to ask a bunch of questions including amount of income and as soon as I said I was divorced he hung up! Sounded like another timeshare company call.
