CAlls very often leaving different names.  Latest name was Antionette.

A woman from ICS called & asked for my friend who travels with me in the U.S. on a regular basis... She said her name was Miss Porter, said it was a business call but refused to tell me the nature of the business.
I have no idea where they got my friend's name & when we call them back & asked what is ICS, they hang up on us!!!
What kind of an outfit is this???

this is Illinois Collection Agency, annoying!

I have gotten about 10 calls from Natalie Shaw and then from Sheila (no last name)Some of them give me a reference number and some give a department number...dept. 400 I believe.  One of the calls was actually an english accent computer voice.  All of the calls however were very stern sounding.  One said that it is not a sales or convenience call but a personal matter.  The rest don't give any explanation.  I haven't called back yet because I am kind of suspicious.

some lady called me to work, said her name is Sheela and left a msg requesting that i call her back. When called back, phone tones kept changing then automated msg "Please hold while call is being connected.." then got disconnected. Second time i called Sheela picked up and she claims she is from a collection agency asking for money!

I recieved a similar call as Emily.  The person identified herself as Natalie Shaw from ICS and said to call back to 708-263-2400.  She supplied a reference # to use when calling back but no other details and always sounds demanding in her tone.  I have yet to do so after three calls or so from them.  The suprising thing is that they always call my cell phone AND my home phone.
Caller ID comes up as 00000000.
