I had a message from this guy, not sense, basically the same as the others have written.
sounds like a scam, con, a means to defraud the mass public, there are a lot of them.
Word of Caution - If you have won something why would you have to pay anything to receive it ?
If you receive a call and they tell you that you WON something but you have to pay for anything
chances are the only thing You have WON is a chance to be SCAM, CON AND DEFRAUD..
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL - IF YOU HAVE WON ANYTHING WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING TO RECEIVE IT. You should not, Tis the season for the con's and dirt bags to come out from the sewers.

i keep getting a call from this number talking about do i want a $500 certificate and he had a woirred kind of voice and it freaked me out hes been calling me for a month now and i told him f*** now i told him to f*** off and stop calling me your just a scame artist whos trying to get people for money

I TRIED  to call the # back but it was an international  lond distance call?  i will block it i guess.

received call from 708-345-6648. it called my cell phone. have listed my number twice on donotcall.gov and still receive calls from unknown numbers.

This # called today. I called it back and it said the number had been disconnected. It's obviuosly a computer spoofing a dead phone #. I've been getting these same types of calls at least 10 times a day for the last 2 weeks. I'm about ready to get the ops involved. These are not telemarketers because they dont say a word, they just hang up.They are all different numbers and they all hang up and when I call it back it's says that the # is disconnected or not longer in service....somebody is playing games.

I had a collection agency calling me and I'm thinking this might be them pulling this crap. Anybody else had any dealings with Collection Agencies before these types of calls started?

Said his name was Michael and had an Indian accent. Have been getting calls like this a lot.

In the other you Have to pay postage with credit card. Wants me to answer a survey and say "yes" to first answer. Never say yes to anyone one the phone like this. Said he really wanted to help me get the certificate so he would give me the first answer.He says his name is "Michael." BEWARE!
