Weridly enough this has happend too. Two people on my family plan received this type of txt from two different numbers. We researched the numbers and they are made from a company called TXTPLUS. I am not familiar with this type of service they provide, but apparently it provides free calling and texting services to people. I reported harrasment to the company but have yet to heard a response. Has anyone had anything happen to them.. Virus.. Data theft.. etc? One of the numbers that texted was actually from an area code that I have contacts in, so innocently enough I thought it was a joke from a friend.
Any ideas?

yeah i just got a random text from this number saying: "hi chuck.."
I have no idea who this person is.

I received sms too. I do not know this person and they did not identify in the first message . I responded with. Hello. Who is this? deleted and blocked.
