I was in search for a loan and applied at several loan sites on the web. Then I got a call from this number offerings a loan.  The guy had a foreign accent. He said that since my credit score is less than 650 I would need to pay for an insurance policy in event I defaulted on the loan. He said the amt. Of ins. Policy would be $160.00. He told me to go to Wal-Mart and to buy a paypal card for that amt. And then to call him back.  He never heard from me again.
However I continue to get several calls a day from this number. They just don't give up. It's very annoying. No-one wants to do business with africk'n
Scam artist. Shortly I am changing my tel. Number and bank acct numbers.
The call themself payday loans and are very aggressive. Best thing to do is not to answer the phone when they call
period.

These a***oles called me and offered a 5000$ but I had to pay a 210$ security fee then 4 more calls which added up to over 1200$. I guess I was the a***ole who actually fell for it as I have fallen on really bad times and jumped at it to help my family. Is there any complaint sites I could use to go after these terrorist b*****ds???????

So sick of these calls for a person I don't know.  I tell them there is no such person at this number and, before I can tell them to remove me from the call list, they hang up.  5 minutes later, I get another call from this or another number for the same person.  
Very frustrated!!!

I keep getting these unwanted calls. I had in the past applied for loans. Now I am paying them all back. I got 708-620-3670 calling me. I don't answer as I do  not recognize the phone number I do not answer. This was the case. I want these calls stopped.

I have been getting constant calls from several numbers, but this one has really set me off. It is someone offering a loan with an Indian accent, when I told them we were not interested and to stop calling, this man told me, "F*** YOU F*** YOU F*** YOU". When I asked what their name was, they then told me their name was Jeffery, which is the name they called and asked for.

You receive a call offering a loan, but you have to pay a fee up front?

Think clearly. Why, if you are applying for a loan, would you have to pay for something? Why not just take the amount from the loan amount. If you ask a bank for a credit card, they normally charge you a fee, but it is billed. Nothing is paid up front. So Why would you have to pay someone or some entity 400.00 to get a loan for 2000.00

I got a call from 708-620-3670 usapayday loan who said I was approved for $5,000 and how much of that did I want.  I told them I have never heard of them and not to call me again ant that I will give this number to the FBI for Online Scammers, the IC3 Fraud Division.  I have this number blocked from my phone.

I receive around 15 calls a day from this place, I wont answer the phone, anyone that calls you every 30 minutes and can't leave a message is not anyone I want to be bothered with.

George is right. They scam people for money and I fell into their trap. I did need a loan n my damn butt deposit $400.00 into this Greendot card like they told me and that money is now gone. Those people need to be stop. So no one else make the same mistake as I did

Well, I have had a few more "duh" moments than normal today.  I have been getting called incessantly from random numbers I do not answer, because I am pretty sure they are associated with the emails I have been getting saying I have been approved for a loan that I did not apply for.  I finally have reached the end of my rope after two and a half days of this and decided I am going to file a complaint with the FTC.  So I go on their website and I finally realize the flood gates are open because the FTC is closed because of the government shutdown.  I will file a complaint, but it won't do any good.  It's nice how these scammers can call and call and call and nothing can be done to stop them.  Why can't they get a real job?  Oh, yeah, now I remember.  They are not even in this country!

This number has called me 6 times today since 8am and it is now 1pm, they never leave a message and I will not answer it until they do but they won't stop calling, how do I block them??
