This number called, but did not leave a message.

keep calling and hang up as soon as answering machine comes on!

Called tonight @ 6:56 pm as Unavailable.  The male voice started and kept the same tone continuously.  Unpersuaded, I said loudly "Is this a recording?"  


Then hung up.

If I don't recognize the number...I don't answer.  Then, I check the number in Google and read the posts.
99% of the time, I know I did the right thing by not answering.  BTW, after it's determine it's another "pain in the a**" call...I label it as "Junk".  Next time they call...I'm satisfied to know it's truly "junk".  Seems we're never going to win with these calls...so just let it ring.  The minute you answer, they know you're live and will keep calling.  They cannot hear...does'nt matter what you tell them...you're on the do no call list, you're not a senior or pressing 1 to be removed...none of that works, they just keep calling.  So your first mistake is to answer the call initially.  Just Don't!

After going to some night clubs and getting the number of some women...the calls from these scammers skyrocketed...these people have their dirty friends prank or harass you through their network...although this isn't the case for some of the callers mentioned above...some of these calls are cover for a government informant / prostitution rings that attempt to entrap people... when you dont get entrapped then the harassment begins.. be strong be aware

Keeps calling -- then hang up when I answer.

Didn't answer the phone- rarely do when there is no name associated with a number.  Just said Forest Park, IL on the display. Called the number back and received a message that the number wasn't in service.  That's rich!
Makes me love my Panasonic cordless phone system. Just another number to add to the call block function.  Have room for 500 numbers between two base stations. Worth its weight in avoided aggravation.

called 8:40 pm and left no message on machine.  
They already called once this morning!
And I've had at least three other calls from numbers that in the last few days have been marketing these senior things.
I don't rush to answer the phone any more! (I might fall and not be able to get up!)
I just look at caller ID later and make a note.

A little polygrip on your penny loafers would of solved that problem.

I've fallen and I can't get to my cell phone !!!

Called me December 17 at 8:57 p.m. abut some medical alert system I allegedly ordered. I'm not elderly and don't need one. When I tried to interrupt the man, he (or the robot) stopped a second and then continued to talk, not answering my request to be put on their do not call list.  I swore at him and he stopped for a second time, then continued. I hung up. The phone rang again at 8:59 p.m. and it was the same thing. Caller ID said "Forest Park, IL"

I never answer this number, but I did today and pressed one.  Yelled at the women who answered to never call my # again.  They will because it's a robot call.

The only purpose in the medic alert for seniors scammer's calls to us, is to get our credit card numbers, so they can cheat us!

I answered this call and they are claiming that I need to set up an appointment to have my medical alert system installed. When I said that I didn't order one, they said that it was paid for and that shipping was paid for. He tried to strong arm me to accept the service at which point I felt uncomfortable. He then pretended that it was a message by saying " if you already have a medical alert system, please disregard this message" twice. He answered my questions as asked - does he think I'm stupid enough to think it was a message all along? Definitely a scam. I pray that no one believes this and allows someone into their home.

This number has been calling random people at work, it appears to be a scam, they claim they are confirming a medical shipment for senior citizens.

Called once yesterday and again today.  no company name just senior alert bs.  needs to stop.  it should be against the law.

some BS robo call about senior citizen cr@p, no seniors here, why don't they pester THEIR parents instead of me?
