So I also receive calls repeatedly from this number I looked up the website for Encoa and sent them an email to out me on their do not call list. I have done this in the past with another electric company and it worked great.

I am getting calls from this number constantly. When I answer, there is no reply. I decided to wait a minute this past time to see if someone would connect so that I can tell them to stop calling but it's like a dead line. Very annoying.

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I don't know who it is, but it's getting annoying. If it's someone attempting to sell me something, all they succeeded in doing was pissing me off. I'm blocking the number.
