Got a call from a person advising there was a problem with my computer. Advised them to hold for a moment while I checked my computer. When asked where they were calling from Jim (Asian accent) got mad at me. So I told him thanks Jim your phones and computers should crash in 3 seconds. He started to curse and hung up on me. Sucks to be Jim. He forgot to say have nice day.

Called to tell us our computer was sending out encryption error reports for the last 2 weeks. Asked for us by our last name. Asked where she was calling from and was told Texas. I couldn't hear/understand the caller to make out the name of the 'company' she was calling from.
