This is a conference call number from freeconferencecall.com and I have been using it for more than one year for family to dial in. You need an access code to dial in and participate in the conference call.

My husband used that number to call in on a conference call to Calfornia. Must be a phone provider.

This number keeps showing up on my husband Dan's cell phone.  Apparently he is not answering them it is usually a minute duration.
