caller said was with Crime Watch, division of Western Medical, trying to sell fraud protection services, questioned him about the phone number he was calling from said it was Salt Lake City, informed him caller ID said was from Sioux City,IA area, the whole time I was letting him ramble I was googling the company from what he was telling me, never did find anything solid on this company so after one minute, I hung up....just long enough to know he'd have to pay long distance fees to our local telephone cooperative

Reverse look-up shows the origin of the number in Chicago.  Caller ID indicates the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier.  Area code from western Iowa.  They call my home and my cell.

Keeps calling my house. Their name appears to be used to trick people into answering, thinking it's the newspaper name Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier, or simply "The Courier". Since the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier has no reason to call me so often, and since the number is based in Sioux Falls (where I'm aware of no WCF Courier offices), the only other alternative is that the name is meant to mislead. I haven't been around to answer when they call, and they've left no messages.
