No message, just calls once per day for weeks.

Calls from this number once a/day - never leave a message.  I'm on the do not call registry as well.

They call 3 times a day even under different numbers.
On the web they is says they are DCI in council bluffs Iowa and Sioux city Iowa.
But Who is DCI and why do they not ever leave a message.
They only ask you to push a button.
I owe no bills except for some that are over 10 years old and Iowa states that after 5 years they can not collect  and after 7 years they are to take it off your credit rating.
and i have had not credit cards or loans out

Have been receiving calls from the same number-I refuse to speak to anyone who doesn't want to leave a message.  Don't know who they are...
