If any of you know little secrets or coverups of local Government or have known enimies in local government because you're on their snitch list you seem to get harrassed.  Everyone one of you might be on a list for mental psychop harrassment.. if yout hink I'm paranoid then look at how this country is being ran and who doesn't seem to spend federal money coming in. Northern California, Most of Texas and it seems Wisconsin is among these areas.

This number calls all the time. I have family from this sane town and always think it's them. I need them to stop calling asap!

Several times a week...they even call my municiple government phone which rings to my house.  Free cruise offer.

FYI - If you have a business line, you can't be on a federal DNC list...

I just got a call from this number on my land line and I did not answer it as the caller ID came up Scam Call....I had to just laugh...They did not leave a message

I got a call from 712-580-9999 but it said right on caller id "Scam Call" so I didn't answer it.  Weird that it actually says Scam Call but I wish they all did.

I have recieved calls from the royal cariibean cruise line stating "congratulations you have won...Ect. everyday for 2 months including sundays. We are a business that has strict rules about advertisers calling to our no solicitation line.. We are currently seeking damages for non compliance as should all of you. There is a min 10,000.00 claim you can get per call through the courts as restitution.  Look it up thats why the no call law was created so it could be enforced..

I just received a call from this number; I laughed out loud when I read the caller ID. It said "Scam Call". At last a little in advertising. That tells me it was not from Qwest.

They called me. The caller ID said "scam call"!  I was amused by the caller ID sig, so I answered. A recording said I won a cruise. Press 1 to talk to rep, 9 to be removed.

I sometimes play along with these callers pretending to be interested just to waste there time.  So I pressed 1. They hung up. I really wanted to raz them for the "Scam call" ID.  reverse psychology angle. Oh well, I'm sure they'll call back.

Got a call today fro 712-580-9999 and the phone (Panasonic phone) announced Scam Call. I looked and sure enough, where the name of the caller is listed, it had Scam Call. lol

Calling anyone a name is rude, it doesnt matter if they are paranoid or not.

Funny thing is that I have caller ID so didn't answer - my Caller ID indicates "SCAM CALL".   Too funny.

Report them to donotcall.gov. It may take the FCC a bit to go after them, but show the government this is a problem by reporting it every time. These companies are counting that we're to lasy to report them.

I received a call from this number 07/28/11 at 11:45 AM. Caller ID said "Scam Call". When I answered, it was a recorded message about my household may have won tickets for a trip. I pressed 1 to get a live operator to tell them "do not call" and a few other choice words. Line rang for about 15-30 seconds and then dropped the call.

Needless to say, I reported them to donotcall.gov. Make sure to do this reguardless if you can tell them to go to hell or if you don't get a live person.

Received TWO calls from this number in less that one hour.  When I called back, it repeated MY phone number.  When I looked it up on reverse white pages, it only came up with Spencer, IA.  I guess I'm redownloading my call blocker app for my droid...  what a pain in the butt!

My mom got a call from this number today and they told her to tell me that if i didn't call them within the hour they would have me arrested. This has been going on for months! I had my attourney call them and when he asked for paper work they hung up on him. It is a scam! her caller id said "scammer"

I have an AT&T phone that allows you to block up to 30 calls, it has 3 hand sets along with the primary phone

Just received that same message (on my new cell phone -- with new phone number), telling me I'd won a Royal Caribbean cruise.  I hung up on this incredibly perky pre-recorded-voice annoyance call.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago....didn't answer it.  I called the number back and got a busy signal.  When was the last time you heard a busy signal?!?!  Back in the 20th century!!

407 434 9999 - 712 580 9999 - 782 000 4647 - Several calls from these numbers, sometimes 3-4 times a day, 7 days a week. A real pain in the a**, you can not call them back to give them an a** chewing as the phone company says "such numbers do not exist". So why the hell do we pay for phone service if these calls can not be stopped. "DO NOT CALL LIST" Another frigen joke. Watch my language? Why? Am I going to offend someone? T. S. I'd say we are the one's being offended & our right to privacy! All we can do, if you see these numbers just do not answer.

Got a call from this number on 7/25/11 at 3:02pm MST. Did not answer it, a big clue was the caller id info which came in as "SCAM CALL". Someone at the phone company has a sense of humor! My answering machine picked it up, recorded message stated that I had won a free cruise, press "1" for fun in the sun, press "9" to be removed from the list.

Received a VM from this number instructing me to "Press One". The name came up "Scam Call"on my Caller ID.......

My caller ID said that too.  I thought, "Well, at least they're honest!"  (I didn't pick it up and the machine got the second half of the recording).
