Their customer service number is 877-491-5415.  You have to wade through their menu to get someone but there is a live person eventually.  This is the third time I've talked to them about removing my number.  They have assured me (each time) that they will not be calling me again.  Don't know if FCC can do something or not or maybe BBB.

Just got two calls in a row from 712-587-6955. They let it ring twice and hung up both times.

Lucky talks, this people have been bothering me since last 5, 6 months, couple of months ago they used to call from some different number, so i think they use different different numbers to call people,
please do not bother me

they keep calling me about once a day same thing calls hang up after one ring x2 times its lucky talk when you call it back its really annoying

called 2 times but hungup after 1 ring.  blocked now!

They call and hang up immediately each time. They are scammers who force YOUR phone company to pay a caller id fee each time you call the number or each time your phone company looks up their caller id. They make money whether their call gets through or not. DON'T CALL BACK!!! LET THEM LOSE MONEY BECAUSE WE REFUSE TO HELP THEM MAKE MONEY FROM SCAMMING FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. they buy USA phone numbers and call from other countries. They make money from scamming due to loopholes in regulations. Stop returning the calls and they go out of business. You are sending them free money :(

I get calls from this number to my cell once a month. The call comes in bunches of 2-5 but it only rings for a quick second and hangs up.

I received a call from this number at 830 tonight. It rang twice, hung up. Then a second later they called again, rang once, hung up. It scared me because this area code is my hometown where all of my family lives, I thought maybe someone was trying to reach me so I called it back. It answers with something recorded about Lucky Talk and I hung up. Thanks do***ebags!
