I just received a call from this number, when my answering machine picked up there was silence and then the caller hung up.  I called the number back to see who would answer and received a message proceeded by a tone stating the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service!  WHAT?  Then how did someone just try calling from this number?

Phone call from 1 712 945 0182 - someone female and very strange sounding. I couldn't understand what was said. Upon call back I got number has been disconnected or is no longer in service ???????? Why / how are they making these calls?

I just got my first call from this number.  However, I have my phone through TW Cable...and not through the regular phone company.  I know that there's a lot of phising going on, but I don't know what it is.  I am not planning on calling it back, after reading everyone's post.
Who can help with this problem....does anyone know?

This number called my cell phone twice in the evening, Jan 18th & 18th 2008.
I did not answer, from the previous notes it is a telemarketer.
I am on the do not call list.

This numner is owned by AFT tech. contact name is Trey Hernandez phone number is 503.225.5000 they are the ones who biught this number from Aventure Communication Technology L.l.c Ban together and sue for harrassing calls.

i have been getting the call for weeks now and finally i am fed up, i told the person to not call anymore and she said i have to talk to a supervisor, i told her i do not take me off now and hung up, she called right back, told her again not to call back rudely like they are being, she called back again, i told her this is harrassment, she hung up, she called back again, i said i am turning your number into the police, all of this happened about 5 min. ago (8:40 pm mst) lets see if i get any calls back, this is just rediculus, i have not signed up for any google thing that was mentioned in a previous post, anything you have to pay money for to get money for online is bs, i work from home online and did not have to pay one cent, well said my peace now going back to watch my movie that i got so rudely interrupted from.

This piece of crap company calls me 6 times per day I also called back and got a disconnected number, I too am on the DNC list. Who are these idiots??????????????????????????????????

I looked it to this number(712-945-0182)and its belongs to a company in Iowa. Then name is AVENTURE COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY. They keep calling me to and its really getting me pissed off.

It's me again-I posted yesterday.  Right after I did, they called again (712-945-0182).  There was nothing but dead silence on the line when I answered.  But they called again today. She asked if I were who I am and I said yes, and that I noticed that she has been calling every day throughout the day.  She aplogized for this, and said that I had requested information online about a home business. When I asked her the name of her company, she said "Get Rich with Google."  I asked her to please not call again.  We'll see if she honors that promise.

Today was the first time I received calls from this number but it has been relentless all day and into the evening.  No one is there when I answser it and, like everyone else, when I call it back it has been disconnected.   These calls were to my cell phone so I am going to take the information some of you posted as to who may own this number to my ALLTEL office and if they can shed some light on it I will post an update.  thanks to all of you who posted and thanks to this website.  At least we know it's not some kind of "personal" phone harrassment.  Just as annoying though!!!!

I also receive calls from this number several times a day.  Has anyone actually been able to speak with someone?  I, too have inquired about business opps in the past, but it amazes me how many people have been bugged by someone from this number! Wonder if it's an individual or a company?  Next time, I'm going to answer.  I've been approached by about 10 scammers so far this year-all different varieties-from contest winnings to cruises to phishing schemes & I'm sick of it!

I keep getting calls from this number 7129450182. I  had  recive a call but the call did not leave a message, this number callsat home 2 times on tuesday 7/24/20076:34pm and the second time at 8:22pm. i had not answered it because i was not in my at this time.went i came to my to house i try to call them the phone is unavailable.

This number calls my cell phone at least 4 or 5 times a day and at all hours. They never leave a message. I feel like they are harassing me. I answered it one time and I could not understand the person calling.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one being annoyed by this number. Luckily this number only calls me once every few days...I would think it's some kind of political automated thing gone awry since the number is from Iowa, but that's only a guess.

very interesting, since the only way to track info on this company is through AT&T and the State of Iowa, that's who will get my complaints... I hope this helps.

eh yep, I will have to jump on the band wagon here. The same number calls my home 2-3 times a day after 3pm, lately around 7-8:30pm. Same scenario as you all. I called back and it says its disconnected. I am also supposed to be on the DNC list, but I think this is an automated service gone wrong and its very well possible someone does not know its happening internally. So whoever it may be and I find out, I will share with the rest of you so we can send hatemail or take further action if necessary.

I have been receiving calls from 712-945-0182 after an email I received from them. I was interested in finding out more from them...and now I am getting these calls even though I am no longer interested....still not sure there is a connection though.
