MASH Program - Don't know how they got my information. I am not happy about this. I have insurance and my insurance is supposed to have paid for everything so far. NOT HAPPY!!!

Don't want calls

No message. Called the number and a computer identified the company as The Mash.  Looked up the number and it is a healthcare business in Houston, Texas.

They called me today, I had Surgery a few days ago, I paid out of pocket, cash. and it is paid in full a little over 6200.00. I have no insurance, and i notified the local hospital that i would be paying in full, I kept my word and paid. However I notified the hospital i did not want my information shared, my condition, or procedure, or my medical history, and i definately did not want my phone number shared. I even signed a document stating no sharing of information. Question is how did this assumingley fly-by night company get my information.
