Just got several calls one right after another.  No messages...  just call and call.

Multiple calls, over many days now. They do talk in the background in each call, so I have the pleasure of listening on my cheap recorder... Quite irritating...
I will answer next time and try to reach a Supervisor.  If I continue to receive calls, I will call the State Atty General's Office.  

Calls me like 6 times a day. SCAMMER who has no life.

Called me repeatedly (6 times to be exact) in less than 15 minutes.  Very annoying!  Thank goodness for the "send directly to voicemail" feature.

Stop Calling me. When I answered, I heard weird motor noises. I hung up because I thought it was a prank.

Called me 5 times in 30 minutes never leaving a voicemail.  I answered eventually, and the woman asked for a Mr. Hursh.  Never heard of him.  I told her there is no one here by that name, and please stop calling.  They hung up without saying anything.

They called twice in a row no message.. so I called back and asked them to stop calling and she took my number down.. they will probably keep calling

Received 6 calls in a row while I was on the other line on a conference call for work.  I called back, asking to be taken off the call list.  The representative first explained that their auto-dialer will call 6 times if they don't receive an answer.  She also explained that they are calling people in our area because of high energy consumption.  She mentioned that there was a $5000 stimulus offer.  When I asked to be taken off the list, she laughed and said OK and then hung up.  I subsequently called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, had to argue with this rep about being connected to a supervisor.  Once I finally got a supervisor "Lakeshia", she also explained the 6 calls is what their auto-dialer will do.  I explained that was very unprofessional and unacceptable.  I also let her know that I (along with other people experiencing this) will be reporting the company to the Fraud Division of the State Attorney General's office (1-800-252-8011).  She said she was fine with that, but that she would add me to their do not call list.

And, yes, I am on the Do Not Call registry!

I just nipped it in the bud and blocked the number from calling me more than once. That'll show them.

I just got 5 calls in a row. Caller ID says Sugar Land, TX. I got so frustrated I answered the call.   It is a global call center for the energy conservation center.  They are calling to set up appointments with home owners.  To do what I don't know I was so angry I didn't give then a chance to further explain. I then requested the name of a supervisor & spoke with Janet. She said she removed my # from the call list.  She further gave me a number of a manager to call & complain. 1-888-949-5195 & naturally I left a nasty message for Daniel Hawkins.  I was cut off because I had a lot to say!  Any idea how we can get these callers in trouble.  What good is the do not call list?

They called my number four times already today : November 9th 2013 I don't answer so they keep calling me over and over!

Claims they're an energy company when I called back, they called me five times while I was on the phone in about two minutes time. When I call back and say y'all need to stop calling me the woman denied that I was called I just said I have five missed calls from this number in two minutes time, I'm on the do not call list, stop calling me. I hung up as the rude woman insisted on talking over me to deny calling.

answered call . they asked for wrong parties. stated this was a cell number and not residence of persons they were looking for. sound like a phone bank in back ground . did not ask nature of call

Same thing, got 6 calls, one after another.  Perhaps employing a caning technique would serve useful?

Six calls in one hour.  I do not answer numbers that say unavailable.

Call after call after call after call.  Disgusting!  What can we do to make them quit?

6 calls today in less than 2 hours.  Called the number back and the answered as a environmental conservation company.  Asked to be removed from their call list and she said she would do that but never took my number.  A lot of noise in the background like a call center.  I am on the "no call" list but somehow they are getting around it.  

I am really annoyed....they called 7 times in a row....hang up and call right back!!

I was reading these omments when they called a second then a third time. I decided to take the call and nip this in the bud. I would  not acknowledge my identity so they are determined to call back to speak to meLOL. I may answer, since they have my name already and already know that I am the homeowner. Int5eredtingly, the connection was mysteriously "lost" when I said that this number was on the DNC list. Hmmm....

I just talked to the Energy Conservation division of the State of Texas .  This company is not a Nonprofit company representing them. They
told to call the fraud division of the State attorney General's office.  1-800-252-8011.

Because of their tactics, I question if they really are with the Texas Energy Commission and have e-mailed the actual Texas Energy Commission to find out if they have authorized phone calls from this number.

Got a call from this number.  They hung up on the answering machine.

If it is classified as a non-profit organization or a charity, the Do Not Call List does not apply. It has been suggested on other sites that you file a complaint with your states AG office. I know it does not help in Texas because the so-called Clothing Donations continues to harass people with daily phone calls.

Called like 6 times today, no matter what time of the day, morning or night.  Leaves no message.
