This person that call doesn't work for Creditone Bank
This number if comming from someone home phone number and this person have all my information.  And how did this person get all my cell numbers the only one I gave them is my and no one else.

keeps calling day in and day out even past 9pm one call was at 11pm est.

this person calls my cell everhour along with other peoples cell.. my cell is thru my company & this person has gotten me wriiten up & i am on my last warning then that is it.. is this person gonna help me find another job????

They are calling me also, or should I say harassing!  I am getting as many as 5 calls within one hr!  I am sick of this!

Pay your bill with credit one bank and they'll back off.

I have been receiving calls just in the past 2 weeks. I only know this because I check my caller list. I don't answer landline calls, people that I know contact me on my cell. I don't have an account with Credit One but believe i might have had one like 25yrs. ago. no messages ever left but they call like every other day.

They called three times this morning. Caller ID says Operation Div. The person asked to speak to our baby sitter by name. When I asked who it was, she said it was a personal business call.
What can be done to stop the calls if they persist? Can a number be blocked?

why wont they tell me who they are when i ask? I ask if theyd like to leave a message and they turn it down.... they still keep calling though... my parents arent home and i hope i didnt do wrong by telling them this is a good number to reach my mom on...:(

automated call from houston area. that's why no message is left.as soon as answer machine picks up caller disconnects.

This Is Credit One Bank.  They just have a really bad phone connection.

please make them stop they tell my information to any one that answers the phone, i have gotten 17 calls in one day. iwant to work i can't find a job. these people call 24- 7 i am scared all the time when the phone rings they have told things and made threas to me,my husband,my children are younge they tell them if your mom doesn't pay her bills she will go to jail.can't something be done to stop these people they wake up my kids at night calling and yes even on sundays like i said 24 hours 7days a week.

This man keeps calling my work asking for my boss, which is never here.  I keep trying to take a message and he just keeps insiting that he talk to her.  Won't tell me company name or anything.  Very nice and charming man.  Then today he called 6 times and pointed that out to him and he said he was trying to help my boss.  WHATEVER.  Then I found this.  DON"T answer the phone if they call.  people like this are the scum of the earth and one day will get theirs.

They called my number 10 times in less then an hour with never a message!! I do not have a Credit One Card so if that is who is calling, then they need to stop!! A debt collector is not allowed to call you before 8am or after 8pm and no more then 3 times a day or week (don't remember what it is) This really needs to stop! I will gladly report them!!

they call me everyday. i decided to call back at 2am west coast time. young sounding girl answers with a "hello"... i tell her to stop ******** calling me!!!

I get collection agenceys calling me ALL the time. THis is the first time I've gotten a call from this number. I answered it and they asked if I was availiable, so I said no and they asked for my spouse however thats odd cuz I have no spouse....I asked if I could take a message and they said no its a very personal and private matter. Then they just hung up on me. It was all very very odd. It was a man who called from that number

ok, now i know its not drive financial, this one is far more sneakier. i applied for the credit protection,but they still do dado da day me they call using different monikers about every few hours from 8 to 9 constantly, im going to miss a good call, because i silence the ring

I just made a complaint to the FTC about this number - I strongly urge all of you to do likewise, as the database is national and a number of complaints will trigger the attention of law enforcement authorities.  I note that the complaints began in November of last year.  I strongly suspect a scam; it may be that someone has hacked COB's secure credit files, and that would be extremely bad news for everyone on that list and the company itself.

I also have a Credit One Bank card, but I just brought it current; the timing of the calls doesn't seem to have anything to do with my actual credit status, so I'm guessing COB sold the list.

This person calls my house also round the clock - before 8 AM today, and if I can get information on the FDCPA or whatever it was, I will report it promptly - and also just hangs up.  To the person who said it was Credit One Bank - no, it's not, because I sometimes get a busy signal when I dial or *69 it back, and Credit One uses an 800 number that doesn't do that - based on past experience actually calling them.  They would also not be as unprofessional as other recipients of calls have reported on here; even when I was late once with my payment, they were friendly and cooperative.  There's no reason for hang-up calls to a hydroelectric company, for example.

This should also be reported to Credit One Bank; someone may have hacked into their files (it's happened before, people, major scandal in NoCal about two years ago!) and may be using this information to try to divert funds or get credit card numbers.  At the very least, if COB did subcontract some work to the person or people, they probably don't want the rude image going around that is associated with this number.

They called me today too.  Does everyone on the page know they can get ahold of the FDCPA and report them for calling before 8 am at your location? If not, go do so.

They will call many times a day and hang up after one or two rings.  when i call back all i get is a busy signal.  i called Credit One Bank and they said that they have no one by her name or company that works for them.  THIS IS A SCAM!

Calls all hours of the day and night.  Calls  my cell phone at 8:01 AM   until 9:00 PM   EVERYDAY, and also on my home phone too.  I cant take it anymore.  I refuse to answer it.  I too donot answer any numbers i dont know.  Maybe, I make my husband answer and see what they say. I will want to see if I get the same response that others got.

i get calls at least three times a day i haven't tried calling it back. but i will. i hope i get to know where it comes from. i don't like answering calls i don't recognize.

I got 4 calls from this number before 5 am!! I called this number 1-713-271-3174 and they claimed to be Credit One Bank.  I asked this person after a 15 minute wait why the calls at those weird times and he just hung up.
