got a call they were asking for some woman...they would not tell me who they were.   does anyone know you this number belongs to?

1-800-727-5848 -- I received a bill from GC Services, P.O. Box 7820, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, in which they claimed that I owe $$$$$ from a so-called traffic violation way, way back in the 1990s. Then they started harrassment calls using 1-800-727-5848 under the guise of "Superior Court". A simple GOOGLE Search on "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" reveals that this company and the people that work for them are LIARS and have a track record of FRAUD. There needs to be a thorough legal investigation of this "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" by the appropriate authorities as this type of activity cannot continue by this fraudulent entity.

They have been calling me daily for over a year. Sometimes 2 times a day. I just hang up immediately now, but it hasn't discouraged them. I'd imagine it's a bill collector. Only they would be this persistent.

I just got a call from this number and it took them a while to answer so when they asked my name I played like they took to long to answer me the first time I said hello and I hung up after listening for 2 seconds.  Also that number woke my butt up.  They called at five in the morning.  I should get some of my FBI guys on it.

If you are a Bellsouth/AT&T customer, once you get the call, dial *57 which will report this number to their Complaint System.  The next day, dial 1-888-966-6222 to follow up.  This should allow them to block this entity from calling your number.

this number keeps calling and says nothing.  It calls several times a day and it is very annoying. It will not talk back or leave a message.

I've been getting this caller today and been ringing every now and then, started early morning. Picked up once, and they didn't say anything.

I am getting calls from this number at least five times a day. When I pick up the phone no one responds.

I get these calls everyday, 2 to 5 times a day, no one ever answers.  I tried calling the number back and I also got a busy signal.  What is up with this stupid number?  I haven't answered since the first hang up.

These people call me and don't say anything and somehow they got my mother's number and they also took money from my account which i will have investigated.

ok so i suffered this annoyence for over a month. night and day like all of you im sure.  But just recently i picked up and yelled at someone who was asking for elizabeth. Upon yelling, i also asked where he was from and why he was calling.  He said "GC Services" and he even gave me a phone number 1-877-290-8894.  I ended up yelling "Liar" nine times, before he said nothing back to me, and then i asked to speak to a manager.  She explained that this is a collecting agency looking for an Elizabeth something or another... anyways she agreed to take my number off the call list, and if this doesnt work im changing my god damn number.

Hope this incight helps, im hoping that this wasnt just a ploy so they can call me again or register me into another system.

I never answer but I get calls all day long from this number. It is really very annoying. The calls start early morning through late evening.

Kept calling my cell phone... When I answered they just hung up... tried to call back but getting the busy signal? WTF?

Called and ask to talk to me. Knew my name and the  names of all family members. Would not tell the reason for the call. I hung up and reported this call to our police department. Also submitted a complain on the FTC website.
