Thing which make sense is If some calls & ask for a money.
You should think about that. And the main part is there are never any out of pocket expenses or you dont need to go anywhere.

The call actually showed up in my caller ID as Unknown and I've been ignoring it ever since.  HOwever, I have a friend who when she calls from her place of work appears Unknown as well so I answered it this last time.  Indian person is attempting to tell me that the US Gov't has a program in place called the Medical Compensation Department and preceded this offer of info. with a survey to find out what types of meds I was taking and if I had any side effects.  Blood thinners and other blood related meds.  I told them I wouldn't provide any information as I only discuss that with my doctor.  Then I finally got them to tell me about the program and it being sponsored by the US Gov't.  They then gave me the number above as the call back number to verify its legitimacy.  Not calling.  Oh well guess I'll miss out on some money.  I kept telling them that if a case were pending or settled regarding some pharmaceutical product and that I may qualify or not  that notice would be sent via mail, not via a phone call from India.  Made no sense.

THIS SAME MAN CALLED ME  INTIALLY TO  SAY I OWE MONEY.. NOW IT  IS TO LOAN ME MONEY.

This person called me 26 times since yesterday and told me that I was qualified for a loan of 1k to 5k...and that I actually was approved for 1k and I believed that f****r, he also mentioned my name and address so I thought it was for real...Well he wanted me to go to Radio Shack and purchase a $4.95 green dot scratch off card and deposit 200. in it...then for me to call him back with the card # and he would deposit 800. into the account and I would have my 1k....Did I do that? F*** No!!...when he called back I told this Indian man that I spoke to my friend bout it and he said it was a scam, which I knew that....he got pissed and said that he wanted my friends # cuz he wanted to tell him off and said that he was gonna F*** him in the a**....and said he was gonna F*** me and that he loves me...sick person...I called the police and made the report...we work for our money and for these people to come along and scam innocent people is wrong....What they need to do is get a JOB...

Person told me that I just was qualified for a $5K Loan, with a certain time to pay it off.  Called me 4 times today.

B*****d just called me telling me i was approved for 3k to 5k and i had 36 months to pay it off  .he has called at least 10 times today i only answered 2.  I recognized this scam from the last sociopath who fooled me with his greendot money scam. that criminals number started with 484 in california.  Thank you for these posts .  I read him all of the postings for this number and the criminal was still trying to get me to sign up for his loan.
Sociopaths are dangerous, they do not care who they hurt, who they steal from, especially the poor as long as they get to steal.  I hope all people in need of loans will google the number that calls them.  My heart goes out to all who have been scammed and or harrassed

This person keeps calling but not leaving a message. Driving me crazy!!

I am also getting calls from this number - the call back number they leave is 1-888-246-7964.  They said that I would be served at work or at my place of business.  Each time they left a message, I was told that I had been given "notice".  I'm not stupid - you have to be given notice in writing for it to be legal!  They have called me 18 times so far today (it's not yet 1:00 PM).

I have received calls for the past three days and I LITERALLY receive a call at least every 8-12 minutes. They hang up every time I answer, or its a loud annoying sound as if no one is on the other end listening. I called the number back & an Indian man answered telling me I will have to pay him $5 to get him to stop calling & that he likes my voice and a bunch of other b***s***. You can bet I went off on this man!!! He refused to tell me the company & he told me he just wants money and thats all i can do to make him stop. He gave me the name of the person he has under my number & its not even me. They are full of s***. And I'm still receiving calls. I'm so annoyed and being driven crazy because my phone is required for work..so I can't just place it on silent. I have a migraine -__-

These people are relentless & rude.  They called me regarding a personal loan. When I told them I'm not interested I continued to get calls every hour. Yes, you could hear other telemarketing scum in the back ground and the person on the phone sounds india indian. I called the number back and received a answering machine stating they are memar (hard to hear) lending corporation. Boy, I'd sure like to get a hold of these guys in person!!!!!!!!

Has left 2 Messages on my phone. (cell) He said his name was "Officer" James Sawyer....His English was so bad I had to listen to the voicemail several times to get everything he was saying. He threatened me that within 48 hours a warrant for my arrest would be taken out.

2nd Voicemail worse than the first. Could hardly understand what he was saying. But this one he reported to be from United Investigations Bureau "partnered" by the FBI also claimed his name was "Officer" James Sawyer. Claimed that he wanted to settle this out of court. And if I could not afford an attorney that one would be appointed for me.

DON'T BE FOOLED!! I could hear the other telemarketers in the background. He is clearly a call center not in the US. If you do a search the number is Huston, Texas VIA "transferable" phone number.

I just got a call from him too and I had to go off on him because he was very rude.

This caller claims to be Charles Taylor from Financial Fraud Department. He claims that he has a warrant out for my husband and he's been trying to contact us about a debt... What totally threw me off was he doesn't want bank info. He wants you to purchase a moneypak.... Scammer.....
