I get 30 calls a week from diff numbers.  I call back 10 times a few times a week and just tell to f off.  They hang up on me and I just keep calling them.  Doesn't stop the calls but makes me feel like I'm pissing them off too and hope costing them time and money.

I will wait for them to call again and then answer and say im my towns police department and hopefully that will get them to stop.

WTF??? Not the first time I received call from this number.... I have told them to take me off call list. Tonight I asked to speak to a Supervisor... some guy gets on the phone anf says Hey sexy.... really. The guys namr was David. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! How is this legal???

My work has been getting TONS of calls from "US Pharmacy" so I thought it would be fun to find free prank call sites and use their number. I've tried wrong number, he's dead, whatever...but they keep calling.

I get calls everyday from this idiot while i am trying to work.  Tonight I have called him back 200 times at least if everyone will do this and tie up his number they will eventually stop (maybe). Everyone call 713-357-6139 over and over again.  Lets give them a taste of thei own medicine (no pun intended)

Good question.   Could be.  However,  they do have to register their business with the FTC to purchase the list.   Yet,  I can't imagine any illegally operating business,  Telemarketer or scammer who would want to purchase a list of Boiling mad Hostile people who have signed up on a list that screams out  "DON'T CALL ME"!!!.  I just can't see them expecting  to hit the mother lode of fertile lists containing an abundance of  profit potential  or a list of people who will welcome their calls with courtesy, open arms and their credit card numbers.     If I were a scammer wanting to increase my profit potential,  I would purchase a couple of the easily available  Sucker lists being sold by Other thieves.  Those people who are on the PDL list,  walmart shopper lists,  those with poor credit records,  the destitute,  hungry,  and those with multiple soft spots.   I would have no limits.    Eight to Eighty!!!
Ahhhh but Alas....I do hate those Basturds so much that I would have a tough time trying to swipe little johnny's lunch money or granny's  social security check.

better yet their US phone numbers are routed to India which must cost money....call any US number back and try to keep them on the phone as long as possible. Make them pay for their harassment!

Never bought anything from these a holes still they call...if the # (713)357-6139 comes up call them back...the # is a Texas # that is routed to India...try to keep them on the phone as long as possible because it has to cost them money to route the calls from Texas to India!!! i just finished cursing this guy, i am getting several calls a day and not mentions countless emails, i am sick and tired of this Indian who portent  to be a local and try to sell  counter fake drugs.

Yes, it does make a difference.  If they are a US based company, but a lot aren't, they can get in big trouble and the fines are major.  Talked to the Attorney General of PA and he said the feds are trying to clamp down on them too.  File a complaint with your state's AG and since this is controlled drugs, try the FDA.  The more of us who speak up, maybe this will stop.  I plan to contact mine in the AM.  You can get a complaint form from their web site and complete it.  The ones who are calling about restructuring credit card debt, if you owe more than $5,000 are using disposable cell phones and many are not in the US.  Play dumb when they call and try to get as much information as you can.  I too am sick and tired of them calling me.  I want to be left alone.

Got a call from this number saying they were US Chemist.  They wanted to know what medicatons I am taking and that they could get them for me cheaper than I can get them  One he mentioned was Soma, a muscle relaxer.  I take the medication and know that it requires a script or my doctor to call it in, because it is higher on the controlled substance list.  Can not be faxed or emailed.  When I asked if he would need a script, he said no, the first one was free and did not require a script.  Yes, SOMA DOES REQUIRE A SCRIPT!  After he gave me the sales pitch, I again asked for the name of the company and told him he is in deep doodoo.  I live in Pennsylvania, am a senior citizen and am on the state and federal do not call list.  Tomorrow, I will contact the PA Attorney General and FDA and the, we will see what happens.  The fine for calling my house is $2,000 to the company and another $2,000 to the individual as the fines double when they call a senior.  Now Mr.  US Chemist, step back and see how things are here.

They keep telling me that they are from India and that they are paid to harass me.

They seem to call about every week and there is no way to get them to stop.  I've told them everything from "do not call again" to "I just got this phone and you have the wrong number".  Lately I've been talking to them, telling them I want 10,000 pills and I will pay cash.  They only want a credit card and say they cannot accept a library card either.  I've now started calling them and tryingto sell them products.

This number calls me each day minimum one time. Sometimes Earthlink is on caller ID. No idea who it is.

I too get calls from them for my father who has passed away and it does not matter how many times I tell them that they keep calling you and harassing my mother and I. We are trying to move on with my fathers death but it's hard when they keep calling for him. The number says that it's from Houston and when I call it back they just hang up on you. The number is  713-357-6139. They say they are calling for the US Chemist On Call company. uschemistoncall.net   If anyone knows how to stop the calls please let me know.

The call is from a fake drug company located in India.
Wrote again a complaint to National Do Not Call Registry (the more people do that the more it is likely FTC will do something). They call almost every day.
