Scam, asking for social security #, DOB, mailing address ...

I do not have a discover card and I am getting so sick and tired of getting calls for a Jennifer Knickerbocker! I wish whoever this person is that she would have taken care of business!!! I won't pick up calls from phone numbers I do not recognize and have put a lot of calls on block because of this person! I also will hang up on a lot of the calls that come through on my phone because of not recognizing them. My block has become so full that I have to delete some in order to make room. She really made me aware of why her number was changed! I have had this phone number for almost 9 years and I am now on the brink of changing it due to her nonsense!

Robocall from United Recovery Systems, Jason Maxim.  Looking to collect for Discover Card.  I have to wonder, since the call is coming in as " Houston TX", and this is a robocall that identifies itself as a debt collector, is this a violation first of the TCPA as it prohibits robocalls if we don't have a business relationship, and a violation of the FDCPA as it identifies itself as a debt collector with my name, but they could be leaving the message on the wrong phone number.  This message was left on an answering machine by the way, I did not pick up the phone and identify myself.

CALL THEM BACK IF THEY ANSWER SAY This is the infedility insurance company for auto press one for home press 2 for life press 3 for all the above press 4 to be removed press 5 and allow up to 6 years for removal from the list. After a few calls they will say stop and you say when you do.  They will stop because u r wasting their time Nice to be on the giving end for a change. Good Luck
