Got a voice mail saying I was guilty of fraud and it was a very time sensitive situation. A very heavy Indian accent. Threatened legal consequences, but did not say what for. Claimed to be from "State investigation department". Said his name was "James Brown", yeah right. Said he had my Social Security number, which he did get somehow, and my license number. Must of got it when I applied for a payday loan. I owe them nothing, as I have no loans out, and I never default on anything I owe. Anyway, I first looked up the number, 713-370-1231, and what a surprise, everything that came back mentioned fraud. After the third voice mail, I contacted the FTC, 1-877-382-4537, and they knew exactly who I was talking about. I also contacted my states attorney generals office. Bottom line is, do NOT give them any money. If they call,contact the FTC and your state attorney general. People like this try to use intimidation and scare tactics to steal money from us, well it is THEY who are going to get what they deserve!

I got the same call. I notified the FTC and my states attorneys office, and they knew who they were and are being investigated. I suggest anyone who got this call to do the same. FTC phone number 1-877-382-4537.

Sounds crazy, some Middle eastern accent guy. I couldn't even understand a thing when he spoke. Don't know who the hell they are!!!

Person calls asking for an Employee and harasses whomever he is on the phone with. He has a Middle Eastern accent.

This place is a scam, even if they are a ligitamate collection agency, they are stepping way outside the Fair Debt Collections Act. Threatening to have you arrested is against the law. Their Neo-Nazi sare tactics are against the law. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and my State's District Atorney's Office.
