i have received a phone call from the kansas state sherrif dept from depudity shawn claud stating there have been several outside bill complaints aginst be and i need to turn myself in to my local sherif dept before action is taken by Sherrif Jullian Marshall and they will send a officer to my work to pick me up if i do not surrender. This is a total scam please make calls stop.

We received a call today from this place telling us a loan we paid was still owed. When we questioned how they got my private info they never would answer. Finally when I questioned enough they threatened to send the "cops" to my door. It's a scam. Block their number.

a law suit being filled against my ss# Drivers license and bank account. He also called my employer saying he wanted info on my SS#, He gave me one name and my employer another name . Just a scam

Just received a call here at my job! This guy is CRAZY!! He started saying that he wanted to F**CK me and meet me at a hotel.  He tried to use that court mess with me but, I knew I had no charges like this against me. THIS IS A FRAUD AND DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION!!

I got a call from them today and they said I owed money money and if I didn't settle they was gunna be legal action taken and they were from the federal government he stated that his name was julian marshal badge number 11050 I wa gunna do it but my friends mom works for the government so he punked the s*** out of them and they got scarred and hung up..smh damn Indians don't bring that s*** in America

Ya he did the same to me and they allso call with +911. They called my job and told them that I was going to get arrested for not doing what they said. We need to put them in jail for doing yhis to ud.

Caller ID said 911. Wide answered and they said they were the Maryland Sheriff's Office and that I should turn mysel;f in to authorities or call the number above. When I called they said they were the Federal Trade Commission and they had a lot of my personal information.

i just received a call from julian marshall he said he was turning this over to my local courts and someone will be at my house in 45 minutes. i told to to go ahead and send someone. my sister works for an attorney and he'll help me with any legal problems. he's called before and i called the local courts. they said it's a scam and not to give out info.

This number has even gotten so low as to call me from an emergency number. So it pops up on my phone as 911. He then preceded to tell me that he was a Sheriff and for me to contact them so we can figure out this situation. This is the same gentleman with a heavy indian accent. This is a prank call!!! Everyone beware!! I called my local police department and as soon as I spoke to them the 1st thing they said was it someone with an accent then it is a scam!!!!!

I got a call from my old boss today saying that she keeps getting very rude phone calls from some guy name Julian something saying that i owe someone money and that there gonna take legal action. First of all, he doesnt sound American to have the name Julian Marshall. And i dont owe anyone money for cash loans.. I spoke to this guy months ago, but he had another name and i had a different number. He couldnt give me any information about the case over the phone. So i told the nut that since he knows so much about me and dont want to give me any information on the case, just mail me whatever you have on the case and until then, we have nothing else to discuss... Then i hung up... Never heard from him again until today and with me having a new number.

Yes, I received a call from 713-370-3814 saying he is with the Federal Tax Commission and my complaint # 1011PR954 wanted $784.00 to resolve this situation.  He does have a very heavy, hard to understand accent and says he name is Jack Daniels - yes I did say Jack Daniels and his boss is Chief Investigator Jake Cloud.  I was really getting scared till I pulled this site up from the web - thanks!

This person with a really bad accent is being calling stating that I've been sued because of my social security number, and he request to provide my whole personal information. IS A SCAM CALL!!!

Received a message from a Julian Marshall stating he was from the FDIC and that there was a federal complaint again my social security number drivers license and my bank.  He had an Indian accent.  He was very threatening in his message. This is a HUGE scam.  Do not pay this person any money!!!!!!!

I received a call on my cell phone and my work phone number from a man with an Indian accent stating that there was a lawsuit against my social security number and if I didn't contact him, the police were going to come to my work place and arrest me.

the guy keeps calling me this makes about 13 calls now using fowl language and he will not stop he even knows all my I info it kinda creeps me out I just want it to stop saying that he is with the fdic

I got a new phone number over a year ago.  Since then I've received non-stop calls from what sounds like is the same guy with an Indian accent.  First he was calling from a legal office with an Oregon number and now from FDIC with a Texas number.  I have a very clear masculine voice and my voice mail states my name clearly, yet he keeps asking for some woman that I've never heard of and leaves messages for her on my vm.  ...clearly not the brightest guy.  I've called the number back on a couple of occasions to request that he stop calling.  The last time, he began yelling very graphic and obscene language.  This IS NOT a professional operation.  Perhaps FDIC stands for something other than Federal Deposit Insurance Company.
