yes I got a call from this number also they have been caling for about a week straight. they told me that I was being audited and they were from the Irs. they WANTED ME TO SEND A ONE TIME PAYMEDNT OF 8600.00$

This is exactly what they said to me. Same dollar amount and years. Unreal!

This number called me twice leaving me threatening voicemails, in a thick accent, saying I have fraud charges filed against me with the IRS. I called them back and asked for information. They said if I didn't get them a certified bond of $1800 I would be served court papers by my local authorities and need a lawyer to fight for me in court. They couldn't provide me any information I asked for. I wanted a case # and the address to the local IRS office I was supposed to send my certified bond too. They said as soon as I gave them the money I could get all of that information. Total scam. Please no one fall for this! They had me pretty scared at first. Then I asked so many questions they finally hung up on me.

Just got a call from them today saying there is a case against me from the IRS.

A man called saying I owed $1,827 in taxes from miscalculations from 2008-2012. He informed me that the charges were being filed against me in the morning and that if I were to start a payment plan today they would hold the charges. He told me that they only accepted Green Dot MoneyPaks and so I got one and after I gave him the number for it he informed me that they couldn't accept a payment plan for anything under 2500 and he wouldn't give me an address to local authorities.

I got the same call and almost fell for it till I called the sheriffs dept back that supposedly called me and they said no it was a scam !!

Got a call from them today saying I owed $1800 for a loan. When they originally called me I missed it and they left a voicemail. They said it was a police officer. The guy had a thick accent. I called back but it went to another guy but it was the same guy, just a different name. Threatened me with jail time and probation and said if I called back within a couple of minutes he would close this case forever. Figured it was a scam but I wanted to make sure it was so I called my mom and she assured me that it was. DO NOT give them any important information. This is a scam!

They called me saying they were cash advance America and I was approved for a 2000 loan. I told them I'm good and they were a scam and they got mad lol

They called me today same indian accent from 713 370 3814. Said I owed 700 to united cash advance and a block was being put on my ss#. When I asked who r u he said Julian Marshall. Then transferred me to another jerk who said they would settle with me right now for 500.00 .He said they were calling on behalf of the Federal Trade Commision and that I was gonna get sued and go to jail "behind the bars" with that terrible accent and an american name so I said im gonna file a complaint on you to the FTC and hung up. This is a Scam!!

So far the names used by this so-called  "U.S. Crime Bureau" agency are: Officer John Black and a James Parker with very thick foreign accents.  Telling me to "save myself", threatening wage garnishments, see me in court, etc. The last phone they called from was 713-370-9228 -called three times within ten minutes.  They should be prosecuted for impersonating as officers and as other people. No way their legal birth names are John Black and James Parker.  I could hear other men with thick accents stating the same story line to other victims. They need to be stopped.  Kind of strange that I haven't received any written communication from them.

i learned the hard way also. they got me for 786 using the scare tactics. i tried to handle this myself but i end up having to get my brother involved that knew the law. they were trying to get me to pay an additional 998 because they put a hold on the first payment.

Hi this number has been callin me nonstop telling me someone has a lawsuit out on me for 750.00 and that the police are going to serve me with court papers tomarrow at my job n house and thay I have to stay In jail for 7 days then If I loose I will spend 3mon In jail how do I stop these calls they called my job then my cell Inst that Illegal

I also recieved a call from them today they were threatning to ssend marshalls to my home saying if i dont pay back 575.00 by today 10/22/2013 i will have to be seen in court and also stating that this will be picked up by the feds . as i tried to ask who ws putting this against me and when did i make an internet transaction like this they then tried to say were just going to take legal actions and i then let them know i would contact the police myself and they hung up. i believe these peple are scammers and they said i made this internet transaction with cash advance and i have never done anything like this

I got a message from 505-492-0555.  The person on the phone claimed to be an attorney representing a loan company.  When I asked for the name of the company, the "attorney" said it was an underwriter for "several" well known payday loan companies.  I became suspicious because the individual was named Tony Brown, but had a heavy accent that someone from India, Pakistan, or another middle eastern country would have.

I took out some payday loans in July and August and was having some difficulty paying them off.  I thought this company might be legitimate.  They said that they would help me avoid being sued if I paid an "out of court" settlement.  They wanted me to pay my "supposed" fees using a Green Dot Money Pack card.  I had never heard of these payment cards until I was scammed by another company.  I knew it was a scam after they told me how they wanted to receive payments.  I eventually received a call on my cell phone from an "emergency number".  The individual on the phone, again with a heavy accent, claimed to be a police officer who did not want to serve me with a warrant because I defaulted on my loan.  He referred me to Mr. John Washington with American Cash.  The phone number I was given was 713-370-8073.  I was even given a California case number.

These scammers are horrible.  They take advantage of people who needed some financial assistance and threaten them when they are vulnerable.  Do NOT trust any company or debt collector who asks for payments using one-time money cards.  These one-time money cards have a number on the back of the card that must be scratched off.  Once the number is given to the entity requesting payment, the money is gone.  I mentioned Green Dot money packs, but American Express Vanilla packs are also used.  If they tell you to use these one-time money cards and not to use a "reloadable" prepaid debit card, hang up and report them immediately.

I learned about these scammers the hard way.  Please do not let these scammers take advantage of you.

THis number called my phone 2 times today. They said odd things and you can't understand a word they say. Sounds like fraud. I would like the number to stop calling.

Received call today saying they had legal papers for me to sign and they would serve me @ work or home today. Report them to the FTC.

Received numerous calls to cell & work# advising to call back or I better get an attorney because I was in trouble...obviously I know this is a scam & I have no plans to call back.  Please make these pieces of garbage stop!

Via email, claimed to be Kimberly-Clark Corporation and that they reviewed my resume (from Monster.com) and that they have a job offer for me... wanted me to reply (via email) with some personal information...  Did not respond as I felt this was a scam.

Same exact thing happened to me and I called the number back  and  they told me They would see me in court monday morning and I said that I called my attorney and  that by law if their takeing me to court  they had to serve me and they can just call me theis upset the man and he just said i hope you have a good lawyer and yelled see you in court , i told him he was unproffessional and i would  not tollerate him yelling at me this made him mad and he yelled ill see you in court... I told him what court will my lawyer bee meeting you at he yelled see you in court and hung up on me . I called againe and the guy who answred ased my name and  then disconnected me. They said i borrowed money from  Cash Advance USA which i looked up on line and called them their not even a lender they only do searched to find people lenders. I am contacting the police when i get home and blocking their number.

i got a phone call from a Mr,COOPER senior attorney just yesterday sayn that my loan i applied for of 600 should not have gotten approved i have bad credit n the list goes on...he wil only ask for 300 bc because it was there fault, so i need to pay 100 now to avoid him sending the FBI to my job monday and being arrested..n im like r u serious..i ask him wer r u calling fom he says cash america but i did loan thru cashnet an only recieved one statement with my arrangments i hav made. n nothing about wat hes speaking which i could not understand at all cuz of his heavy indian accent...im so glad i read others complaint cuz i did not no wat to do but send the money,,,i wont now..but it freaks me out i feel so violated someones rapping me of my idenity...this is crazy,,,they clled from a916-287-3958..

I used to get so many calls from this same numbers and calling me about that i owed $700 from online shopping in term of loan. i just answered the call and there was a man named Jhonney brown. He told me that there is lawsuit against me and if i don't pay the settlement amount then it gonna be cost me thousands of dollars in the court. these guys have Pakistani or Indian accent.i don;t know whom to report against them.this is a scam...

That guy named David Wright called on my phone here too and also called from the phone # 214-785-4440 claiming that I need to contact my attorney about some lawsuit against me on some auto loan I have. I don't have any auto loans here. Callers watch out for this

15 consecutive calls from this number even though I told them I knew it was a scam and that i had the local police tracing my calls.
