Received a call from this number on 05.09.13, 730pm in Dallas TX. Did not answer, no vm left. Caller ID says Houston, TX.

I answered the phone, the guy said hello, I said "hang on" as i handed the phone to my dad, thinking it was one of his friends, but as my dad answered he hung up.
I looked online and it said the call came from Harris County

I received a call by 9 PM, I said Hello. they didn't answer and hung the phone after 30 seconds. I call them back, they don't respond.
