you are not allowed to call at 5:00 a.m.   Try learning something about the restrictions on debt collectors.  And try the right number next time.

what a shock that this company is not BBB accredited.   As a credit collection agency, they are not allowed to call at 5:00 a.m., and particularly not if you have the wrong number and are asking for someone who has NEVER been associated with my phone number.   I have no debts, so you need to stop calling me.

I have no debts, and am receiving calls for someone who has never had this number--at 5:00 a.m.  Save your judgemental misinformation for those who deserve them.

If a lowly debt collector calls, simply DEMAND a notice of validation be mailed to you. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulation under the FDCPA. If the collection outfit won't comply, case closed. The collection outfit is attempting to collect a time-barred, invalid or purely bogus debt.

Called and left a voice mail.  We called back, grudgingly provided last 4 of SSN, which led to a series of questions designed to fish for more info.  Would not tell us the reason for the call.  Extremely rude.
Called on unpublished number .

and maybe if minimum wage wasnt $7.25 we could all pay and maybe if these companies wouldnt be so greedy they wouldnt charge high interest,  late fees, and jacked up payment policies we would nt  mind working through a payment plan to pay our debt my problem child support I know not yours or anyone elses problem but it is what it is

This lady has the balls to call me telling me that she had just talked to my ex husband and apologized about the loss of my son. WHAT! I was frantic. She was calling to tell me I owe a debt from five years ago and have never been contacted before. I am shocked and very displeased because no mother wants to hear that her son had passed away and by a debt collector are you kidding ...

I believe this company is legitimate.  I just received a call from a Marcus Smith.  I did have a car repossessed by Capital One.  He wasn't nasty at all with me and even asked me if I would prefer to have him call my cell number instead of my work number.  I owe a balance and intend to pay as much as I can pay to them.  I couldn't afford the high car payment that I had, so that is why it went back to Capital One Auto.  

I am not proud of what happened, but intend to take care of it.  Oh, by the way.  He spoke English without an heavy Indian accent and was not threatening.

I really didn't know who these people were until the company I worked for researched and * 69 the caller...

It all started in 2010 when we purchased a 2009 Dodge Caravan from Internet Auto sales with Capitol One backing our Loan. We had excellent credit until these people got there mits on us....

Well after 2 years of $400.00 payments a month not including full coverage insurance, we were always making more than our monthly we both got cut back to part time employment. We called them and told them we would need to re-negotiate our finacial contract and pay half the amount we were paying just to make our home payments, until our jobs gave our full time status back. They refused so we took every avenue we could by selling off everthing and paying half every month because it is all we could do with out losing our house and starving our family. We stopped vacations and spending. Times are tough and living in a small town supporting 4 children without full time work is very tough. Well needless to say we never missed a payment but did not pay them in full payment for six months only $200+ every month because it was all we could do.

But seriously two years of solid payment paying more than the bill every month and still never missing a payment even though it was not the full amount is crap, and these big wig mules have stolen America with there get rich contract schemes. We were loyal and we tried we were paying. So to top it all off the month of the repo, we were going to make a triple payment just got our fulltime jobs back and the transmission went out in the Dodge so we took it to Phillips the shop and got it fixed. We brought it home to wake up to the car being gone that morning. I only use American Express now and I tell all my millionaire friends not to spend anything related to Capitol One Scammers Investment Corporation

"Capitol One Investment Corporation trust us we will burn you!"

They should have negotiated some, instead they get to eat their losses cause I ain't paying until you get me my job back... See you in Court!

This is the straw that has broken the camels back!

Today a person called my work and spoke to the owner of the business, I was the key manager for three years at this job. The caller from Senerergenic Communications stated something making the owner think the caller was law enforcement. The caller claiming to be an officer was asked, what agency were they with? and the caller promptly hung up. The company *69 the number and it came back as 713-460-3114. I have a written statement from the owners what was said...I decided to back ground this number and call them.

The caller called from 713-460-3114 they did not state they were debt collectors only officers. So we are making a police report against senergenic communication in Post Falls, Idaho this is were the corporate office is but calling number came from Texas. This company falsly represented themselves as law enforcement agent to the owner of the business I worked at, getting me fired.

After I recieve a statement from the owner of the business who took the call, the reports will be made and the proper authorities will be contacted.

The owner told me we cannot have people calling the store about your personal business you have been warned before. I was terminated.... So now I will lose everything unless I find a job soon....

Thanks to the folks at Senergenics Communication calling my work and disturbing the owners. This occured on  June 25th 2013 and I was warned on May 28th 2013 the Senergenics Communication Called and said they were doing a DNA Project and I needed to call them.

P.S. Syngen Com.. Your tactics are less than ethical! Normal people call and talk to people at there residence and if no one is home you leave a brief yet polite message asking them to call you back.

Called and asked to speak to me or my husband. Would not say who it was but that it was important that I speak to her immediately. I asked what it was concerning. All she would say was that it was important and I finally hung up. I am paying on the bills I owe for so am not sure what it could be.

I didn't wait long enough to hear what she had to say.  I hung up.
