they keep calling and never leave a message and I have put my phone on the do not call list twice now.  How can these pepople still get the number if you have placed your name on the list>

When you call the # back, it automatically hangs up on you.  They keep calling & it's very annoying.

I just got a call from them and there was no one there. I say hello over and over again but no one responds. Very annoying.

this number calles me all the time.  I have bill collectors calling me, but this one seems to be for sales.

i too keep getting the call, i answered it the other day an women spoke and said my i speak to the caller of xxx-xxx-xxxx number i said she had the wrong number and hung up....who are these people?

I too continue to get calls from this number, they want to help reduce my debt.  They do not even call with a name of who they want to speak to, just the owner of the phone.  They called tonight around 6 told them I am not interested then they called 30 mins later asking for Mr. Lewis.  Hmmm no men in my household, then they ask who is the owner of this phone, well I own my phone however that is an odd questions.  A 12 year old could also own a phone wtf??

Beware, I got a call also, I talked to a state representative and he says it is definitely a scam. Online payday loans are not licensed in my state -Missouri. He says to hang up or tell them you will be waiting for the police, just give me a day and time. The callers name was Michael Shwan. He originally called me from 714-384-9647. This other number was his call back number. It is a SCAM!!!!

These people keep calling and I could have sworn I put my phone in the Do not solict list. I guess when they hear my voice they can feel I am not the one. Get a hold of these prank yankers so they stop calling my phone.

This number is the Harris Co. Sheriffs Dept.

Caller was a man with an accent that sounded like he was from India.  I think this is a phishing call that is recorded.  They start by asking an obviously "yes" question like is the number I dialed XXX-XXXX.  If you answer "yes," they use the recording of the call to sign you up for all sorts of cr@p or worse.

When I answered "who wants to know," he started a pitch about lowering credit card bills.  I told him this number was a registered do not call line.  If he called again, I would send ICE after him.  Call originated in the Houston area.

Why do all of us pay so much money for phone service and have to deal with crooked individuals that are allowed to charge eroneous reverse billings to anyone that accepts the call? It's pretty sad when you use your phone for business and misss out on business because your afraid to answer an unknown number these days! Lost revenue equals lost taxable income dumbdonkies in congress so try focusing the blame somewhere else like poor management of the country!Something is just not right with the system and count me in for class action before our president blames us for the collapse of the cell phone industry too! Sorry everyone.... tangent I guess

This number came up restricted. Caller said she was from "Lending Network" and offered a plan that would save me money. I told her we were on the DNC list.

I continually receive calls from this number on a daily basis. I have caller ID and it says this is a restricted number.

I got a call from this very number around 3:00 PM. They left a message on my answering machine, which sounded like a female voice crying, with some background noise, as if they were in a public area.

Google searches of the number eventually lead me here.

I see I'm not the only one to have been called by them.

yes they called me on my cell and asked me if I have a loan so they can decrease the interest rate but as soon as they got the info they hung up and I tired to call them back but it was disconnected. that is wired and unpleasant............

They call all the time.  For a while they stopped but now they are back at it again.  When I press them hard for how they got my number they always say something rude and hang up.  I'm also on the DNC list, but it doesn't seem to matter.  Sometimes they block their number so it shows up as all zeros.  Very annoying.

same here, the number -713-482-6949 appears on my phone and there is no message or anything.  What can be done about it.

Called my home today...no VM. The caller ID lists London Exports. I reversd the nuber to get more information an stumbled upon this site! NICE!

They call me atleast 10 times a day.  I live in CA so they usually start around 6am my time and I too cannot get them to stop!  I am so down with a class action on them but the only thing I lose out on is sleep because when they call at 6am they wake up my newborn!

im going to get to the bottom of this... some a$$hole, george, called and i told him it was my mother and she wasnt home.. he kept going on and said that I have debt and i told him no that was my mother.. and he replied " ya, ok. right." i could have killed the towelhead sob!!!

I got a call from the number around 10:45am and when I called it back the number clicked off and disconnected. I dont even know why I looked the number up, but when I googled the number, I found this page so Beware!!!
