They called several times, claim to represent a "credit card company" and asked for me by my maiden name.  I told them that's not my name.  They allegedly took my name off the list.  

I told them my real name was Santa Claus and I have a big bag of cash to clear every persons debt. I live at the North Pole and I have a big candy cane for them. They did not understand the humor and hung up. Can you imagine that. Welcome to America. Press 2 for the Spanish version. I am sorry, I am on the floor laughing at my own humor.

Said press 1 Kelly Smith is looking for <BoringOldMe Maiden Name> and I didn't because that's not my name for over 12 years. Eventually something they said implied debt collector, which is pretty odd. I never had any debt of any type in my maiden name so I hung up. Any current bill knows my correct name. Obviously some sort of scam.

They seemed to be another scam. Block the number from your phone it helps  to some extend.

Keep calling and calling says my name but hangs up  I belong to the National No Call List so why do they keep calling

Received a call to day on my home phone shows up Hess Corp ------ did not leave message called back beleive they are debt collectors.

I refuse to give any personal information out.

Received a call from them today. They used my recorded name on the auto call. When I asked what it was about, the woman said they were "a financial institution". They are not a financial institution. She said they were calling me regarding my Capitol One account that was in collections. I have NEVER had a Capitol One account. SCAM!!!! I asked them to remove me from their list IMMEDIATELY

Always calls no message or call back

I have received several calls from this number, but no one will speak when I answer. When I looked up the number, I found this website, and the concensus seems to be this is a debt collector.  Since I am not behind in any debts whatsoever, I am EXTEMELY irritated!!  I wish someone would speak so that I could take the information and report them.  It seems like one could sue for this kind of harassment!

I'm getting calls from this number, and the recording says "This is Kelly Smith with an important call for [insert my name]" which, is not in the form I usually use on legal documents. I think whoever this entity is, they are trying to pick up old collection accounts, which have probably gone past the 7 years, or maybe about to go out, they they can revive the activity and collect easy money from unsuspecting people. Don't know for sure, just my guess.

I just got a call from this number, had to wait on hold then when he came on he said he was looking for Evelyn Parker.  I said no one here by that name, then he said what number did I call.  I said if he wants to know, he should look up Evelyn Parker number to find out.  Then he told me I was yelling at him and he did not appeciate that at all.

I get a lot of calls from other numbers too asking to verify who I am by giving them my date of birth and last 4 of my social.  I say hell no and hang the hell up.  I don't know what's going on with that but I do not think it is a good idea to confirm it seeing as they are calling you.

Just received phone call from this number - First they asked for Frank M. Spates - If I was that person - to press 1 - which I did - put on hold - then they hung up - I called number back - got thru to "human" - He asked
for Frank M. Spates - Told him that Frank Spates died over 2 years ago - then he supposedly checked his files and said on no - It's ________ Spates that we are looking for - I told him that's gonna be hard to do also because he died last December.  He said sorry to hear that - we will not call youagain - Told them they had better not or I would report them for harrassment

Its a scam. If you have ever applied for a payday loan, your info goes out to a lot of different people who you do not have contracts with.

Just got my first call from this number. I didnt answer it..just googled it and found this page. I just bought a new car so I guess Im on old creditors radar now.

1 get a call daily about 11:30 everday from the above phone number. Everytime it says the same thing press #1 and I do then it says my name and for me to hold. I hold and no one comes to the phone. This is very disturbing to me. I would like for these calls to stop. If I knew who this is I would like to press charges this is harrasment. I am going to check with my phone provider to see if I can get these calls blocked.

Recording asks for me by married name which Ihave not used over 5 years. All my current collecters/creditors know my legal name. Recordin said hold for important call all reps busy. When transferred got recording to leave messafe with company name being PR Solutions. Then hung up. I am on do not call list as well. Filing report with TX AG. And blocking this number.

i get a call from this number once in awhile. Its fusrtating cause it says your name and then press 1 and puts u on hold and never answers. call back and it puts hold automatically. good thing i have a phone that i put that number to reject it
