yeah mom tried to get answers he wouldnt say now they are calling my ex saying me and him had a account together and put out  a loan together i never put  a loan with that fool!!! they are getting crazy with this crap. I blocked their number off my house phone thank goodness they dont have my cell number because it will be on and popping they wanna get rude with me ill get rude back not in the mood to be scammed

I hear you. They say ours was a check on mine and my daughters checking account. The funny thing is we have never had an account together.  He said it was for a check n go that bounced. You try and tell them the truth and he says ok you are being charged with a felony and I will see you in court. He says for the record this is being recorded that I tried to settle a debt we you and you do not want to comply.  They don't want to hear the truth and if you ask them questions about it they are very rude. They won't give you any answers.

well now he saying bad check or whatever dude keeps changing things up he got a attitude with me saying i got one with him when i didnt then said he was going to hang up and file me as non compliant i said go head and he said now u going ot listen what i ahve to say i said yes sir then he said ima have to put u on hold because u will be recorded i waited 2 minutes and hung up then he had the nerve to call my mom and boo hoo saying i hung up on him pretty much mom kept asking what is this about he kept saying its a important matter about a bounced check that i been charged with this before funny thing is i havent. but mom kept asking what company he refused to tell her and everything told her if i called him they can settle with me and be clear, so im guessing a scam i hope anyways because i havent done crap!!

We did too. They said it was for a check n go charge and we never did it.

Anyone know anything about this
