This is a scammer.  These people with very heavy east indian accents use american names.  Everytime they call they use names such as Shaun, Evan , and David.   I have had numerous call  from the numbers that begin 713-714.xxxx.  They all end with different numbers makes you wonder just how many numbers they have available??  They try to tell you that your SS# and e-mail address are being investigated for some kind of fraud.  You need to contact them and immediately in order to stop the investigation or an officer will come to your door and arrest you. So now my phone is on reject to this number and about 8 others like it. Really they think people are that stupid to fall for this scam??  One even went so far as to call my phone company and ask to unlock my account.  He claimed to be me...an american woman with the heavy accent and a deep male voice.  The security service rep that called me said she almost laughed out loud...but she's suppose to remain polite to all callers.

This number has called several times now. Never leaves a message.

I got a call from this number that I didn't answer. No message. I called back and it was not a working number. Man, this is getting old. If you're a reputable company, shouldn't possible customers be able to call you back?

I got a call from this number everyday at 2pm for an entire week. I answered and each time there was no response on the other end.

that number keeps calling me at random times of the day but it dont say anything ... wtf   ggrrrr the calling has to stop now !

Got a call today from this same number (it is a Houston area code).  Called back immediatly and said "number not available" then called from a different phone and said "number is no longer valid".  

Either they use something like YouMail to give fake recordings of disconnected/invalid numbers when you call back, or they have auto-transfer set to point to invalid phone number(s).

Either way a good Call Block feature will take care if this issue (check with your wireless provider) - The number has been submitted for harassment charges and an investigation is currently in progress.

Got two calls from this number,,,, caller left no message.

I got a call from this number, and they DID leave a message. It was something about winning a cruise and I had to return a call to 888-852-2604 today to claim the prize. I checked both these numbers out and they're both bogus. I called the 888-number to see who I'd get, but I just received a "A representative will be with you shortly" message, followed by elevator music, followed by someone hanging up on me.

I had a miss call from 713-541-4180, i didn't recognized the number so i Google it. Thinking it was a telemarketer. Then i found this site.

Some swindlers using voip to fake tel. number, added them to the blocked list.

I missed several calls from this number recently, they did not leave a message, I called back and got "non working number" message.  Has to be some kind of scam!

I called this number also and it said it wasnt in service but i also looked it up on intellius and it  said it was Elizabeth Cordoba.

I keep receiving calls from this number almost daily usually in the afternoon. When I answer the call, they hang up.  When I try to call back, I'm told that it is not a working number.  Seems to work when they want to bug me!
