Wood law firm company daily call me and send me voicemails about my ssn number is under investigation , they ask me to pay back the loan you get from online through website its all fraud I told them to suck my c*** a** holes and get f*** . Is this fraud

Got a scam call as well indicating that I have a pending lawsuit against me - report them immediately.  I did take out a cash loan but paid it back in full.  Contacted Four Seasons Cash and they indicated that they have received numerous calls regarding this.  Report fraud to FTC and to the credit bureau's to protect yourself.

I just got a call this morning from 7135549856 stating I have a legal action pending with my SSN.  This has happened to me before and when they called back I just told them I just got back from the police department filing a report about them and they never called again.

This weird sounding guy keeps calling my cell, my wife's cell, and my home number telling us that my SS# is under investigation.  And to have our lawyer contact them as soon as possible.  I can barely understand the messages, but since I have received about 30 in 2 weeks, I pieced together what he was saying.  I just got a call a few minutes ago and he said that the law would be at my doorstep.  And this time I finally understood the phone number and looked it up and to my surprise here is all of this stuff about them.  I do not understand how they got my home number, it is unlisted.  He is getting on my last nerve...

Ok guys let me tell you other then changing your number will make these guys go away.  My encounters began back in May, I had been receiving phone calls from a diffrent number for almost a month, he did leave one message but I could not understand him. About a month later he called he left another message, mind you he was calling, I was ignoring!!!!, he did not leave a message except twice.  The second message the only thing I understood was warrent, and jail.  I called back, this guy said the last 4 digits of my social security number, and asked me to confirm the rest, I refused he told me it was regaurding a pay day loan,  I told him that I did not have a pay day loan, and never had, he told me that the sheriffs department would be at my door, and I would be arrested, I could spend a couple of days there then tell the judge.  I informed him that I was going through a chapter 7 bankruptcy and that I would have my attorny get in touch with him.  The call ended.  I no longer picked up unknowen phone numbers.  2 weeks ago I got a call from 951-489-0223 same scenerio left a message, I did not call back.  When I got to work there was a message from a Max with a diffrent number, I googled it same scenerio I did not call back.  I then received a call while I was at work on my work number when I picked up the guy started his conversation and I informed him I was not speaking to him not to call my work, and that I had contacted the police, hung up on him.  He called back 5 times.  That night they continued to call my cell phone.  My cell phone died that night and I could not get it back up thought it was the battery.  The next morning at work this guy calls again, I hung up, he continued to call back at least 6 times in a row, he was told by my supervisor that I could not take calls, he called them a liar, ect.....I finally contacted the police, they investigated told the guy not to call me at work, they also confirmed it was a scam. You would have thought this would have ended it, oh no it intensified.  This guy was calling evey minute, and if you where on one line with them, they where calling on a second line.  They tied up my work phone lines for over 2 hours.  I did go to the sprint store that night about my phone, there was nothing wrong with the battery, nothing mechanically wrong with it, it is believed that my phone got a virus, I did not know this could happen, but I guess it can.  I have not gotten any calls from the 941 number, but I have been getting calls from diffrent numbers, which I do not pick up and google when I get a chance.  According to the police these people work out of the states, but have access to us numbers.  It is very difficult to trace them, and if so even more difficult to prosicute.  The best advice I got was from our loss prevention department, buy a whistle, when they call blow into the phone as hard as you can, it will certainly hurt their ear drums. I am now getting phone calls today from 713-554-9859, yesterday it was a diffrent number from Deleware.....I plan on using my whistle, cheap, but may be effective.

This phone number is harrassing me and my husband at work. They are seriously threatening me and making crazy accusations about my SS#. This person barely speaks English too!

SCAM TO THE IMPH DEGREE!  What law firm doesn't even have a website?  A fake one.

what a bunch of shmucks these scammers are!  All of a sudden I have been getting these calls at home. Which tells me, it is a scam, because i rarely use my home number, and i owe NO ONE!

Glad the internet has forums like this.  How dare people like this come around and want to 'steal' from you.  WOW! and I have a lawyer who protects my financial rating. Foolish MORONS!!

These guys are calling from a couple of lines.. the other number they called me from today was 713-554-9859..I am going to see if I can file a police report on these guys..they need to be stopped..

I have gotten the same calls! I have no payday loans but they have my social security number bank information and email address I have filed a compliant with the FTC.

They keep calling me say something about my ssn can't under stand this guy they can not leave msg like that look at the fdcpa call the ag this is a good law suit on are case I work for an attorney this is not good at all

I just started getting these calls and I am super glad that I did some research on the internet before returning this bumholes number.  I owe nothing to anyone.  So, yes it is a SCAM!!  I have gotten the same voice mail message and I plan to ignore them.

Why do these people come from!  Can we just send the lot of them to Antartic!!

PS...the way the go about is against all laws in regards to collections!  What idiots!

I keep getting this call from these numbers, too. They are very threatening and speak with a heavy accent. They threaten to call my employer and tell me that my ss# is under investigation. They say they are with Woods Law Firm. This guys name was Bruce Banks (lol)

These people who sound Asian called numerous times before I changed my cell number, then I made the mistake of going on the internet, end up filling out information on myself and now they're back. They tell me that there is a law suit against me as they did previously this is why I had gotten my number changed. This is FRAUD!!!! There should be something that the authorities can do about this. Times are hard enough without someone trying to get FREE money from you and you're out there working your heart out trying to keep your head above water.

These losers call and leave messages trying to scam you and say that your under investigation. I would just ignore them, it's a scam.

I just got the same phone number and spoke to three different people with heavy accents, Damien Reese, Mike Anderson, and Alex Williams. Pretty sure that is not their names, and when I refused everything they said they told me my case was dismissed because their was a misunderstanding with their "client". Dont believe these people, they want you to pay and try to scare you.

I have been getting calls from this number 713-554-9856 and the guys name is Edward McLean saying I borrowed money from  an online payday company. He is leaving threatening messages saying he will contact my employer if I don't contact them back and take care of this. I didn't borrow any money from anyone. I plan to report this here and to the FTC.

We should call them and harase them like they do us..Call over and over and ask them what there Lawyers name is??Scream at them and see how they like it..

They keep calling my job saying they are with a law firm.I said no your not and they got rude and called me on my cell 12 times in a row.I told them i was going to report them and it stoped for now.Is the a frau or what??

You should contact the FTC and internt crimes..This is a scam.  I contacted the company they have been calling me for over a month. It first was Cash Net USA I called them and they confirmed it was a scam and to ignore the calls.  You can file a claim with FTC or Internet Crimes.  I ignored the first guy and now this new guy calls with same script different voice but same heavy accent.  Just ignore them I hear they get pretty nasty if you have contact with them.  

Just put a fraud alert on your SSN,etc to ensure nothing gets put on your account. they want money.

Someone did this to me but the number on my voicemail was 7705549856 but the message said call 7135549856. I called the number on my phone and it was a buffalo catering business. But they did say the same thing, that they were calling from wood law firm and if I didn't call back that would call my employer and references to let them know what I've done in the past and if I didnt return the call they would send the information to the courts. I'm ignoring it yet again!

They called me and my dad saying my name and SSN were under investigation for an unpaid payday loan. I know this is untrue because I have never taken out a payday loan.

got two different calls from same man named edward whatever with woods law firm telling me my ss # was under investigation and i would be notified by local sherriffs office
