I received a call from this number and when I tried to call back it says my "number or code is incorrect"

Called from this number I answered and said that the party was unavailable (as she is) and could I take a message. The caller politely provided me with a toll free number 866-888-9096. Might be Chase Bank, I don't know.

They called and asked for my mother-in-law when I told her she was not in and who was calling, I didn't hear nothing else. I called back and received an error!!!
