Received a call on Monday stating papers were being delivered on Wednesday.  Called the 713-568-6250 number to ask what it was regarding they told me they were from ACP Law Firm but they refused to give me a fax number or a physical address of their company due to threats of terrorists.....WTH?  Received a call today from Beatrice Worthington saying my time was up and she would be to serve me and if I refused to sign papers, God help me.  She said I had been warned and they would be after me.  I think that it is a threat!!!  I called the 713 number again.....there seems to be a lot of actors and actresses working there....Jennifer Lawrence, Clint Eastwood.....I asked again for an address and fax number so I could send paperwork....Their response...even though we are a legit law firm, we do not give out our address and fax number due to threats (ya' think).  Then the guy told me it was because of crazy people like me.  I informed them that the social was not mine....they had the same last 4, but not all numbers matched, my middle name was wrong but they had a correct address.  Who are these bottom feeders?  I told them I was calling authorities and they told me that the authorities would also think I was crazy so I would probably be going to the local crazy bin and they would find me there.  

Just got the same type of call only mine was from a Christine Goodrich.  Said the same thing about how she has papers for me to sign and that I could reach them at 713-568-6250.  I know the # is a Texas number and if they are out there good luck getting the papers to me as I do not live in that state.  

Received call, legal threat and peft phone number to call by Thurs. SCAM!

I received a call from a "restricted" number.  Tom Sharpe left a message claiming he is a legal courier.  Says he has legal documents to deliver to me on Thursday at my home or business.  If I would like to change the service date to call 1-713-568-6250.  I don't believe this is legit and I will not be calling this person back.

I just received a similar voice mail but the woman's name was Audrey Hunter.

Left the same message about papers being served.  It is a scam.  Person names Sharon Little.

Left a voice mail stating name was Sharon Little and that she has legal documents which will be served in two days at either my home or place if employment.
