They call continually three four times a day. I am also on the donotcall list. So tired of these calls. they want me to call another number. I told them to remove me from their calling list. Still Calling!!!

I received a call from this number which is from Houston and when I answered they started rattling off and spanish so I hung up. I will not speak spanish.  Here in America we speak English.  I am also on the do not call list as well.

Dozens of harassing calls IN SPANISH VIA COMPUTER GENERATED CALL.... from this number even with "no call" on my phone. I am finally finding information thanks to some of your messages. I am immediately reporting this to TX Attorney General Office. might do some good who knows.. How about some of the rest of you joining me in this report? Someone has to stop these rude and disgusting firms that are trying to prey on the less fortunate or scam others who are gullible to their promises...

I received a message on my machine.  IN SPANISH.  I live in the United States.  

What the hell?  Not a clue what they wanted as I am an American who speaks the national language....English.

left a very long automated message in Spanish - which I don't understand - probably a DoNotCall list violator

They call me and start rattling off in Spanish. I called back and they wouldn't answer. So I used my cell and called them back. They answer in Spanish. I asked if they speak English and they said yes. I told them I am an American and in America we speak English and they hung up on me.

I live in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and I'm thinking that the previous homeowner has bad credit and the company is late in tracking her down.  

Just because we live in America does NOT mean we all speak English and to tell the company that is rude.  I'm personally aggravated by this company since they rattled off in Spanish on my answering machine and didn't leave a name of who they're calling about.  When I called back to remove my phone number from their list, I found out they don't speak English. I can speak French, German, and Russian, but not Spanish, though I can read it for basic comprehension.

Received a call from this number - as all have said - long message in Spanish. Since I am an American I speak English and had no idea what they were talking about. I speak some Spanish but did not understand - they were talking too fast. I called back and they hung up on me. This number has been in use by me for over 3 years. However, the owner before me was Mexican, I receive a great many collection calls for him. When is this crap going to stop. Political correctness has gone way to far. Time to get this resolved and Obama won't do anything about it.

Answered this call. No one responded after several "hello" attempts on my part. I have been receiving messages from at least two different collection agencies for whomever had this number before I did. Finally got those to stop calling. Perhaps this is another collector.

These SOBs just called. Just because I have a Spanish sounding surname doesn't make me Hispanic.
Anyhow I do know Spanish from school and listened to the stupid message 2 times. The message is basically a Credit Repair company offering to clear up your credit so you can "reach your dreams". Now there are robocallers for Latinos. I guess since they keep coming and coming and multiplying and multiplying they are numerous enough that English no longer is necessary for robocallers. Hmmm. Chinga tu madre telemarketers and robocallers! I hate you in English and in Spanish.

just got the robo-spanish call. to rox, they contacted a business so i think they are blindly calling any number.  i dont speak spanish so didnt know what they are saying.  Caller ID had 21st Century.

Its not enough that I get illegal robo calls in Englsih.  Today I got one in spanish.  I have a hispanic last name but I am American and speak English.  I, like others above, do know enough spanish to know that it was 21st credit and some kind of credit card.  I am wondering if they are targeting everyone or just those with hispanic last names?  I am blocking them so that will be the end of this particular number for me.

I got long rambling message in spanish from them on answering machine, called back and was told no one there speaks english so I clogged up their line by calling them back to back for over an hour. i reported them to the FTC as well because i am on the do not call list. Maybe immigration should find their office, raid it and make sure all of its' workers are legal workers.

We have received probably at least 10 calls from them in the last three weeks.  They would not answer, finally someone answered and they asked for Abraham and we told them there was no Abraham at this address and told them that we were on the no call list and asked them to remove our number from their list and they said they would.  We then called them back and talked to a lady in English and told her to please take us off of their call list.  The calls stopped for about a week and then we got another called and when we answered they spoke in spanish and I don't speak spanish.  We called back the number and it rang once and they hung up.  We repeated twice more and the same response.  I am going to contact the Texas State Attorney General's office and report them for harrasment.  I am not sure that will do any good but that is why we have an State Attorney General.

We also received a phone call from this number.  They left a message in English.  I called back THREE times and they hung up on me.  They refuse to speak to someone in English.  Who do I contact to report this business and how do I get them on my no-call list???   We are absolutely furious this company called out home, in the United States, and left a message in Spanish.  We speak English in this house and in this country!!!!

I keep getting calls from this number 713-568-9199.  I realize it is a telemarketer calling me.  But, they speak Spanish and do not seem to understand "DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE" or "I WANT TO BE PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST".  So, to me it is some real "idiotas" that continue to call and pretend that they do not understand or speak any English.  So, in my opinion it becomes an annoyance call.  STOP IT OR I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO SOMEONE WHO WILL STOP YOU.

Received call from 21st Century 713-568-9199, in Spanish. I speak English... the idiot calling replied in Spanish and requested English. We are in the Unites States, and we speak English. She hung up on me. It seems that "do not call" is not working to well.

Got a call from this number and it was in Spanish. I am in the United States so I speak English but know enough Spanish to understand them saying press 1. So I did. The operator answered in Spanish and I asked if she spoke English. She then asked if I spoke Spanish. I told her no, I am in the Unites States, we speak English. She hung up on me.

This is a message from 21st Century Credit. My phone number is in the do not call list, but seems that they don't care. As I wrote in other report. I bought a phone with a "call block" feature, I am going to put this number and others and hope that it works.

I called the number back and they hung on me three times. I finally got someone who understood that I was mad and insisted on the supervisor.  Supervisor Maria got on the phone and told me they are a company that is trying to sell something so I told her I was on the do not call list and I was reporting them to the Texas do not call list violaters. She was very apologetic when I said that and she wrote my number down and said she is removing me immediately.  Sometimes you just have to be stern and you will get you number removed.  I feel better after screaming at them a little. :)
