Received a call from this number at 7:38pm CST on Feb 26, 2010 on my cell phone.  It was from a correctional facility in Houston, TX.(We don't know anyone there)  The automated message warns you that this is a correctional facility. The caller is actually random dialing as a prank.  Hang up and block it-- unless, of course, you know someone in that correctional facility.
