Good advice however when dealing with these agencies you cited---NOTHING GETS ACCOMPLISHED!!!!
I have filed numerous complaints! My solution is to  merely erase what information they leave on my answering machine since I know I don't owe any outstanding indebtedness or have any checks that are insufficient!!

No one answers or says anything....

My sister got a call from this #.  I answered the call and they mumbled so much I couldn't understand them.  My sister got on the other phone but they had hung up.  Thing is, Sis doesn't owe anybody and pays cash for everything.
