NCO but if you ever talk to anyone there and ask them for specifics about the alleged "debt" the either hang up or tell me that I should know who I owe. I've filed several FTC complaints against these A**holes, once by certified mail and even copied NCO but they still call. Sometimes they ask for someone other than me.

Yes, they are. Don't fall for their BS...they are scammers and they are full of it. Just trying to get you to send them money for some bogus debt you supposedly owe, but they refuse to send any specific information regarding the debt citing "privacy laws". B***s***!

Just received a call from this no. & CID said Unknown Name. Whoever called from this number let my phone ring at least 10 times and should know that I do NOT answer ANY calls from UNKNOWN callers.
I also do not have an anwsering machine or v/mail set up, so of course, no message could be left.
Identify yourselves, people! You just might get better (not to mention MORE) responses to your phone calls of people whom you are attempting to reach!
It really pisses me off that in this modern day of technology that we have with almost EVERYONE who has CID on their phones, that people still continue to call under the disguise of UNKNOWN NAME, UNKNOWN CALLER.
Wake up, people. And STOP calling others without identifying yourselves and hiding behind masks/disguises! Like I said, you just might be surprised that you get better results/responses.
