Got a call from this guy also. I guess he has the best success with collecting if he can scare the debtor. I owe about $5,000.00 from a business that failed. I don't have the 5 G's so fuckit and f*** this dude.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS GUY, I AM SORRY YES HE DOES SAY HE IS A LAWYER, AND MY ACCOUNT IS GOING TO GO TO LEGAL. I TRIED TO WORK THINGS OUT HE GOT NASTY WITH ME, SAID WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD OVER NIGHT A CHECK WHICH WE NEVER DID HE STATED THEY EVEN GAVE US THERE OVERNIGHT FEDEX # WHICH THEY DID NOT. NEVER GAVE ME A CHANCE FOR HIM TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO IS OWED MILLIONS TO BUT VENDORS FILE BANKRUPCY ON OUR COMPANY SO WE DO NOT GET TO COLLECT. SO MAYBE WE SHOULD DO THE NORM ALSO AND FILE THEN WHAT COULD HE COLLECT BUT A BIG FAT "CHARGE OFF"

I just got the same call from "his investigator" PAUL GERBER saying that "his customer" Jeremy Clement hired him to stat an investigation tomorrow midafternoon and concluding on Friday of this week. He said that the final report was going to be submitted to his customer (Jeremy Clement) on Wednesday.
The name of the company of Jeremy Clement is "CNA Incorporated".
Funny thing is that Jeremy wants me to contact him at 713-589-4274 before Paul proceeds with the investigation.
I don't have ANY past due invoice and this is a fact. so people, this guy must be a SCAM Call!

Same thing just happened to us!! same names and numbers where given...

Just called me, too. Unknown whom we might owe. Landlord told me that this is private property and than we do NOT have to let them into the building. My attorney has also been contacted.

Got a call from a man claiming to start an investigation and to contact Jeremy Clement if there are any questions.  I have no idea what this is about.  What came of everyones elses experience? Did anyone report this to the State of FL?

Never heard from this Paul Gerber but another man claiming to be a PI did show up at our office complex representing Mr. Clement and he met with our landlord and tried to take a bunch of pictures of our warehouse before we kicked him off the property. This company contacted several of my vendors as well, one of which was our largest customer because of some past due freight bills. I just cut a check to be done with this guy!

Got a call from Paul Gerber saying his client, Jeremy Clement is scheduled to appear on our property to perform and Asset and Liability Investigation.  HUH?  The voicemail from Gerber warns we have to respond to his client before the close of business today.  I read somewhere on Google that Jeremy Clement is a collector.  Long winded message from Gerber without any explanation whatsoever.

Jeremy Clement calling us saying he is an attorney, which he is not, with aggressive collections calls, stating potentially threatening actions. 1-713-589-4274. Very unprofessional. W may go to the police to report at this point.

He called my work asking for me, however it was for my corporate office.  It IS a debt collector.

I got the same call about a month ago from this SOB, some PI named Gerber? I just ignored it and then I got a letter giving me 3 days to pay a bill that is owed to one of our vendors....the bill is only 120days old!!! Exactly two days after that another PI showed up named Kayle (not sure what happen to MR. Gerber) at my office and was taking pictures of the cars in the parking lot and tried to interview several employees! Now I just got a notice that have filed a lien against my building!!!

WTF all this for invoices 120 days old? I got people owing me money out 180-190
