I got call from 713-590-4927 at 8:06 PM. Since caller ID was Houston, TX I did not answer.

Received a call from this number (latest on August 7)They would not leave a message.  We've gotten several saying they are from Microsoft calling to "upgrade" our hardware.  I told them one time that doesn't even make sense and that Microsoft is software and they hung up!

Got a call from the number. Read "HOUSTON TX" on the caller ID. Could hear noises in the background, but nothing else. Held on the line for a bit to see if I could make out what, if anything, was being said, but they disconnected the call after a minute or two.

Got a call today for a free "medical alert" system, completely free and paid for. Was an automated recording, press 1 to schedule shipping, 5 to decline, then a "disregard if you already have one". Call disconnected on its own when I didn't press anything.

It was a pretty funny recording, it took me a while to figure out that it wasn't a live person. Gotta give them credit for that. I suspect that a fair number of people will fall for this one.

Received a call from 713 590 4927 today asking for my husband by name. Left a message that he found the remote in the car under the seat under some books. He told us he would see us monday around 5:00. We dont know this number or person.

Let the games begin! :-) Recently been getting calls from around the country including this number. Person on other end is hard to understand, illegal, and background noise of scores of Vietnam immigrants makes it even more difficult. They actually get your number off the Do Not Call List! Ain't America great. Employing the unemployable? Can't wait to see where next call originates. Calls appear to be heading westward. Oh yea, when you answer and no one responds, they are simply checking that the number is a working number and add your's to a viable list. This list is then sold again and again to other pain in the a** scammers. What I have heard that works in response is blasting them with an air horn. Childish?, yes, but feels so good. :-) Happy phoning.

This number calls our business several times a week, sometimes daily, asking for the owner. They always decline to leave a message.

When are telemarketers going to learn that any LEGITIMATE caller starts the call with, "Hi, this is __________," and IDENTIFIES themselves, then states the reason for their call.

CORRECT business calls NEVER start with, "Hi, is Bill there?" No, sorry. YOU identify yourself, first.

I received a call from 713-590-4927 this morning (7/18/13) while I was on another call.  I saw the number on caller ID, didn't recognize it, so remained talking on the call I was on.  After I finished my call, I tried calling the 713-590-4927 number but it would not ring or do anything.  I called several more times, and the last time I called I held on for several minutes but nothing happened and finally got a disconnect.  I totally agree with "Tired of the Washington Taliban" statement above.  Our country is going to hell in a handbasket and we're sitting back and letting it happen!!  Get rid of the communist, socialist, president and all his minions in the white house and let's start over with people who love this United States of America!!!

I am getting repeated calls from this number. I've gotten 5 already this evening. One thing I notice with this is that when I hang up and pick the line up again...the line still sounds open. In other words it does not give me a dial tone as it should because it's as though the call has not disconnected. So I unplug my phone from the wall jack for a couple of seconds and plug it back in and then I have dial tone. I'm very suspicious of this caller...whoever they may be. They never say anything when I answer. It is always silent on the other end.
I recommend you check your phone once you hang up from them and make sure that the call is actually disconnected. If not unplug your phone from the wall for a couple of seconds before plugging the phone back in.

I just got a call from the number listed above did not answer the call.  When I tried to call it back to see who it was from I did not even get the number.

This number dialed my phone, I have it go to voicemail after 2 rings no one said anything. Later I tried several time to call it back but was always busy, I am thinking it is a computer program dialing random numbers.

Not sure who or what was calling ... Asking for the son of ******* ... I hung up.

I received a call from this number stating that they were with Microsoft tech support. We call the number back and they answered with two different names.    Do not answer this number, SCAM!!!

Called and hung up when my answering machine picked it up. I am disabled and can't get to a phone very fast. nothing said.

Whatever your political convictions, it appears this is an automated scam.

My office received call from this number.  Caller ID showed "Houston, TX."  But because my receptionist is told not to answer on the first ring, their automated dialer probably connected to some other poor sap.

I got a call from this 1-713-590-4927 number on Sunday morning, 6-30-2013 at around 9:50 AM.  Answered phone but got no reply.  Companies can buy "direct mailing" list and it it allowed by the Washinton Taliban.  I am sick of those people and I sincerely hope they don't catch MR. SNOWDEN who only let us know what the Taliban wouldn't let us know!!!  I loved MR. PUTIN's comment about saying the Taliban was like "shearing a pig.  You get a lot of squealing but little wool." That is PRICELESS.  I don't know who made this call but it did give me a chance to put their number on here!

My husband received a call from this number at 10:24AM CDT asking for me, by name, and told him I had placed an order for a scanner and that my credit card had denied the charge.  I did not, and never have, placed an order for a scanner.

Have no idea who this is and won't answer any phone numbers I don't know.  A friend of mine was almost scammed this past week so Glad I don't answer any numbers I don't know  didn't leave a message either.  came in as out of area.

Claims to be from the Fraternal Order of Police. The national organization does not solicit donations from telephones. However, local orders may. This number is from Texas and I live in Pennsylvania.
