Hi Corey
Clear Lake Regional Hospital says I owe them $27000.00. The have been double billing insurance 4 times and turned me over to NCO financial. I have had the hospital accounts receivable department  hang up on me when I told them I had a "J" Plan and that covers everything Medicare doesn't pay. They ignored me. I have called their VP of financial operations who never called me back., I also get calls from BOTH the hospital AND NCO for the same reason. Thats a clear indication of improper management . . . . .NCO says I can not pay the hospital any more....they have to get paid. Hospital says send them the money. Bankers Life offered to come out and explain the proper way to submit claims. They refused the offer. What's your excuse? Please don't pontificate when you can't support what you say. Also, doctors are notorious for telling their office personnel NOT to bill secondary insurances. Force the patient to pay and then let the patient get reimbursed from the insurance company. I know this will rub you the wrong way, but there are thieves hiding in your bushes and you seem to want people to think they are safe anyhow.

ROBERT STOVALL is a TV-Guide type ambulance chasing "lawyer". Seems he has a bill collection department, which some lawyers do to make extra cash. He's well known as a sleeze. I actually spoke w/someone from his office when they called me once (of too many times to count), and the guy refused to give me info about some debt he claimed I owed to someone, and went on to THREATEN TO RUIN MY CREDIT, which is illegal. Creditors are not allowed to make harrassing phone calls anymore, nor are they allowed to make any sort of threats.
Sometimes my caller I.D.shows "Anderson Randolph" and while recorded msg says to call 7137763415, the calls are coming from 713 600 4252.
ANYONE who is receiving these calls needs to write a letter to the address of Robert Stovall's office telling them to cease and desist. Keep a copy of your letter, and if they call again, REPORT them to the Attorney Gen'l, Texas Dept of Consumer Fraud, the BBB, and anybody else who may regulate debt collectors (including the FCC, FTC) to shut this harrassment DOWN!

This company keeps calling me, and I once actually listened to the recording. The ony thing it tells me is that I need to stay on the line for a very important message, I waited...... It made a noise like a fax machine, then hung up on me. They have called about 50 times in the last 2 weeks. I may call the BBB and see if they can do something.

I got a phone call today from a guy named Mark Mason. My mom answered the phone while I was taking a shower. She couldn't figure out what he was saying just the jist of it and it was threatening. It's funny how they threaten you when your filing for bankruptcy.LOL! What my mom did get was that he said he stopped by the house which is BS because I'm at home with no where to go.
Mark Mason! Come and get me I'm at home. Afterwards I'll sue you! My whole family graduated from USC Law.

We get regular harassing RECORDED phone calls from "Robert Stoval". if this is not illegal, it should be, and we need to collectively sue this guy for his lazy harassment technique. It should be easy to win.

Same old song and dance here.  I received a call from Anderson, Randolf and Price from Barbara Strong asking for my mother-in-law.  When I asked a second time for the phone number after listening to Barbara and checking it against caller ID (877-838-5002 ID) , she stammered and got real antsy about repeating the number and finally gave it to me (866-776-3415) said that she had to hurry because she had another phone call.  How unprofessional!  She called us.   So I questioned Barbara, about the supposed account and she couldn't or wouldn't, more likely, give any information and had to hurry off the phone.  So I pressed further about the name of the company and she practically begged for me to let her go.  My wife called back and spoke to Bob Dixon and chewed him a new one about Barbara's unprofessionalism and I think I'm going to report them to the authorities.

anderson, randolf, & price have been calling me for the last month, 2-3 times a day.  they say I owe $150 from my son's doctor that was back in 2005! they said insurance didn't pay that amount.  I don't even remember what insurance we had then. I now have an attorney working on this today.  the attorney just emailed me and said when they called they had no record of this claim!  anderson has already called twice today, even though they said they have no record.

For the past couple of weeks, we've been getting calls from this number.  We don't answer the telephone.  On one occasion the voice message left on our answering machine was a partial recording.  Something about a claim, but it didn't come thru properly.  Now that I see so many complaints, we're certainly not going to answer.  Our number is unlisted.  We haven't filed any complaints nor do we have any debts in collection.  This most certainly sounds like a scam.  Initially my thought was to answer the next call and find out what they want, but I think that would let them know they have a live one to continue to harass.

I got billed 130 dollars for a sling identical to the 8 dollar walgreens special.  I've adamantly refused to pay anything above 8 dollars. so now we get calls from these folks.  One way to deal with it is to have fun.  When they talk to you tell them no i have no intention of giving you any money but then express interest in how did they get into such a sleaze ball business and do they still beat their kids.  Ask them what genetic defect casued them to get into such a sleaze type business. When they threaten to call the credit bureau, ask politely if they would like you to look up the number for them.

Same Thing, Caller Id Robert Stovall, 1-866-776-3415.  Says he is trying to find someone that has a claim in his office, and he thinks I am a contact to the person.  No explaination of the claim, or name of the person he is looking for.  This was left on my answering machine.  It also said that I could press "0" or call that number back.  Sounded irgent.  Guess I will be reporting this, because I am on the do not call list, and I have a super phone that lets me block any unwanted callers.  So he can call all he wants now and never get my phone to ring again!

YOU don't get it. At best, these people are trying to collect money on debts over what appears to be small sums of money owed to doctors, which have already been written off!  THAT, my friend is ILLEGAL. People with serious health issues can easily overlook a $20 bill from some anesthesiologist or ER visit 5-7 years ago. Those small amounts are written off after one year, in most cases, but these sleaze bags are trying to collect it anyway. AND they're collecting "service fees", which is also ILLEGAL! "Pay your bills and you won't have to deal with this?". They're people they've been contacting who don't owe anyone a dime--it's a flim-flam sham of a set-up that anyone could find themselves a victim of their harrassment!

I've got the SAME situation. It started after I filed a lawsuit against a sleazey realtor. I actually called them back once, and "Curtis" REFUSED to tell me who I alledly owed money or the amount or anything really. Then, he threatened to RUIN MY CREDIT.  I told hin that his statement was illegal, and if this was legit, he needed to mail me some written info. I have never received anything in the mail from these creeps, but the calls just keep on comin'. FYI Robert Stovall is known as a scum-bag ambulance-chasing "lawyer". Seems he's got a "bill collection dept", which some "lawyers" do for extra cash. Now that I see I'm not alone, I'm taking the time to do what I should've already done, and so should you -- WRITE A LETTER TO STOVALL's offices(address will b listed, gotta look it up) AND "Anderson Randolph) and tell them to "CEASE and DESIST". Then, I'm sending a copy of Stovall's letter (the complaint I write telling Stovall to cease their illegal activities) to the Texas Bar A**'n. THEN, if I get one more call, I'm reporting it to the Tx Att'y Gen'l, the Texas Consumer Fraud Agency, the FCC, and the FTC. In Texas, it is illegal for a debt collector, assuming that's what this really is, to threaten anyone with anything!  If this continues further, we all need to stay in touch and maybe find ourselves another scum bag lawyer (plenty of 'em around) to file a class action suit for harassment, illegal debt collection practices, scamming, ETC.! (My Caller I.D. Shows calls come from 713 600 4252 and "Anderson Randolph", but recording says "offices of Robert Stovall" and "we need to hear your side of the story regarding a very serious claim in our offices"). Yeah, well "Curtis"--the creton I talked to-- had no interest in any of the above, rather enjoyed making THREATS instead, and refused to identify the alleged debt or 'complaint'.
Good luck to you--

My statement to everyone who is complaining about them.If you'd paid their clients before it got to collections you wouldn't recieve those type of calls. What I see is people trying to find any excuse not to pay their bills.Soon as you get a call from a bill collector, you want to start complaining. But what if someone was delinquent with giving you your money for your products that you sale. You would want your money. Then if you can't get it,then you go hire someone to get it for you. This all they are doing. So my statement to all who don't want these types of calls.Pay your bills on time and you won't have to deal with this type of stuff.

TO DO THIS CORRECTLY - YOU HAVE TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE CORRECT AGENCIES - Donotcall covers telemarketers only - NOT COLLECTION AGENCIES

Follow these instructions I found on the Federal Trade Commission Website
(its amazing what you can find when you BOTHER TO LOOK)

Where do I report a debt collector for an alleged violation?

Report any problems you have with a debt collector to your state Attorney General?s office (www.naag.org) and the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov). Many states have their own debt collection laws that are different from the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Your Attorney General?s office can help you determine your rights under your state?s law.

You should also file a complaint with the Attorney General in the state the business is located in.

One complaint is not enough EVERYONE needs to file these complaints
