1st of all im glad you paid your payday loan back but that is scare tatic they do to get you to pay them i no because i am employee of 1st irs. n some of my co-worker will lie n steal just to make budget that the owner aint going to pay you any way. its job but its hell hole....

They called me too and said they were with the IRS.  I then told them, well that's strange because I work for the IRS.  And guess what else, my husband works for the Attorney General's office.  They hung up and never called back.

I got a call november 21st, at 7:41 pm but didn't get to the phone in time and then a minute later got another call from 713-777-2500 but since I have no idea what area code 713 is I let it ring and if was important they'd leave a message which they did the second time and when I checked what the message was it was some guy claiming to be from the IRS and that I should call this number back immediatly.

Didn't give a name or anything else.

So naturally I googled the number and found all the blogs every one here has left which supports that this is a scam and I do owe money to two companies but I make my payments to both companies and what not.  Although things are tough I pay who I owe.

So I haven't faintest what this is about.

I've received two call at my work and never on my cell.  Unfortunately I always seem to miss the call and listen to the message left.  One was from Mr. Clampton (Hey there Jed!) and the one today was from Ms. McCoy (feunding with the Hatfields)

Both said they were calling from the legal department of First Integral.  I needed to call them immediately since this was a time sensitive matter and they were rendering a decision by the end of the day.  

I don't know who they are but the call did come from 7137772500.  However the call back number was different and so were the extensions.  877772551 ext 106 and 104.

The other number comes up Texas 713-777-2501

They called today. And as soon as I asked for proof of debt, they changed their tone. The lady started yelling at me and said not to be a loser thief, and be a man and pay my debts

Called me while I was in class. Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a voicemail

Called me when i was in my college class on my cell phone, so i did not pick up. No voicemail.

How can i get these people 2 stop calling me. I dont know anything about them or how they got my number

This guy called me at home and said I owed money from a payday loan from May 2007. Well I know I didn't take out this loan . I was laid off and at home pregnant.  They refuse to send me documentation with my signature. Well if they don't like the F bomb dropped on them then  stop trying to scam me and everyone else. Get a real job or you will be facing a lawsuit !!!!!!!!!!

This company has been calling my Job my cell phone threatening to put a charge against my ss and license and that they have already filed the papers. I have requested that they stop calling me and they won't.

I received a call today say they were going to prosecute me and put a theft on my ss and my license is I almost gave them my bank information today. they scared me and told me I need 314.00 by 9am tomorrow and 290 every two week for 5 payment

When they called me today they used First Integral Litigation. I got their number because they first called my cousin looking for me and the claim that they are going to put something on my ss and my license and that I need to get a lawyer because they are going to take me to court. I first talked to a guy that said his name was Sean Finn and then a lady called me and she said her name was Mrs. Blakelee. She is the one that said the thing about my ss and license.  I told them go ahead and good luck finding me.

This is a Houston, Texas phone number and the company goes by the name of IRS to confuse consumers and make them believe they are the Internal Revenue Service.  They are REQUIRED by federal law to tell you the call "is an attempt to collect a debt."  They do not say that if they call you at work.  That is a violation of federal law and state law.

In Texas they must also have a license and bond to collect debts.  Always ask for their bond number.  They will not give it to you.  You are within your rights to ask for it and they MUST give it to you.  If your debt is over 4 years old and you have made no payments within the past four (4) years the statute of limitations has expired and the debt is not collectible.

Do not let any debt collector tell you your wages can be garnished in Texas.  NOT TRUE.  Only the attorney general can garnish your wages for back child support or the Internal Revenue Service can garnish your wages for federal income tax owed.  ONLY those two (2) entities can garnish your wages in Texas.  In NO state do you go to jail for failure to pay a debt.  There is NO debtors' prison.  Do not let any debt collector bully you into believing that krap.

I have been recieving calls from FIRST IRS for about 3 months now.  I do know the laws on fair debt collection and these people are nothing but a scam.  I have called every payday loan company in my area to see If I have had past pay day loans out and all companies have stated I have never had a loan with them.  So I asked these individuals at FIRST IRS to send me validation of the debt.  First off they go under different payday loan companies as the original debtor.  Basically the will call you threaten jail time and threaten legal action.  They can do nothing of such.  If you in fact broke a law this would be classified as criminal.  Anything that has to do with debt collection that does go to arbitration is in fact civil.  They break the first law by threatening you.  DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ONE DIME.  They will usually call with foriegn accents 90 percent of the time.  If you do owe debt to any company and it is in collection do your research first call the original debtor to see who the debt has been sold off to, and then you can go from there.  A true debt collection company will comply with your demands if they want there money that bad enough

I also keep getting calls from this First IRS Legal Dept the man name is Mr. Miner phone number shows up as a Houston Tx prefix. The message he keeps leaving is that he will be taking me to court. This company are acting like some bully's.

Bankruptcy clears all of your debts.  This is a Houston, TX telephone number.  If you are in U.S. Bankruptcy, you are protected from your creditors and their harassing phone calls.  Tell these people your Bankruptcy cause number and they MUST stop the phone calls.

What about in the State of Ky ? The woman on the phone from the supposed First IRS company told me that in the state of KY it is considered a bad check and can be prosecuted, normally I wouldnt really care but I have just recently gotten out of jail over other charges and I'm kinda scared to take that chance.I also have owed these debts since 2008 & its not like they couldnt have found me if they wanted to serve a warrant on me or prosecute me seeing how I was in the legal system incarserated for 2 years. Any ideas on who I could check with or contact or any kind of letter I can write or anything just so I can have proof that I atleast checked this allegation out so that if it is legit maybe they would give me time to pay this debt!!!         Just Curious

Left a message stating the have talked with me and I set up a payment arrangement, and that I have until 10am the (next day) to call them or they will make a decision on my behalf and proceed with legal procedures, and I should seek legal counsel. First of all I've never talked to these people , so therefore how can I set up a payment arrangement. They never say what they are calling for, or why I  need to get legal counel. They are so scripted it a shame.

Got my call today.... from Mr. Carter! Along the lines with everyone else claiming criminal charges and arrest.. He also went into a long story how him and the lawyer are real good friends from years ago...LOL! Debt is debt.. I've never heard of criminal charges for debt.. If that's the case alot of people who have medical debt would be in jail.. Come on w/ the jokes..

Calling Threatening  me about going to jail etc. I just want them to quit calling my job! Mr Totty at 713-777-2501 x127, just called and I offered 25.00 bi-weekly and he hung up.

They called and left the msg that they called from IRS, thinking Internal Revenue Services and I called back and known that they are debt collector, tried to collect s.o. had my number before. I told them about it and they deleted my numbers.

Called accusing me of theft for payday loan from more than 10 yrs ago, paid off. I had to file harassment charges with police.

These people keep calling said I recieved an online payday loan, by the way I didnt. Back in 08. I have told them on every call, that it is untrue. I have proof that I didnt. But yet they keep harrassing me. What can I do to stop this. I am so tired of this.
