I called back to mess with them- I don't have any dealings with H&R Block. The machine that answered was hilarious! It asked for the credit card number and them a very bad British accent repeated the number back. I entered about 10 random "credit card numbers" and it finally disconnected me. Called the number today so my friend could laugh at it with me- there is only some unintelligible word and then it hangs up. LOSERS!!!

Received a text message AT 12:55 AM!!! (Central Time). It woke me and my husband up!, you can imagine how upset we were!!! I mean, we have a decent job and had to wake up early in the morning (not that early though)
The text message said: "H&R Block Alert. Emerald Prepaid Mastercard locked. Please call us at 713 797 2036"
It took us forever to go back to sleep again! >(

Just got a text " H & R Block Alert. Emerald Prepaid Mastercard has beeen Locked from 713 797 2036 at 1:30AM, again.  I called number and the recording asks, "Please enter your credit card number".  There is no way to talk to any body. A scam obviously, but how can you make this company stop calling/texting daily?

Received a text message from this number stating, "H&R Block Alert.  emerald Prepaid MasterCard locked.  Please call us at 713 797 2036"

Second message received from the number, phone receiving the texts is a Government issued phone for military duty.

Obviously farming for information to use to steal identity or account info. Be careful out there peeps. They live among us.

Not going to respond but being a police officer that works in the courts, I would really enjoy a minute with them. Bet I could have some fun!

Received a call saying my debit card was locked

I have two saved messages, one where he can't even remember or pronounce his own name Carlos White. I called the numbers  back and received an error messages.

I received the very same phone call and when I asked for information about where they were located I was hung up on. He could not provide me with any info on my " loan " and when I asked questions he got rude and changed his story around. I would like to know how can we get to the bottom of this and stop them from calling?

A man with a thick accent has been calling our cell phones since may. First he said we took out a loan and that his lawyers were after us. I said bring on the lawyers.  He stopped for awhile then called back at the end of summer. New story was that my husband was an illegal and the authorities were coming for him. My husband, the retired marine said come and get me. The calls stopped again for awhile. Today the man called back. Guess what now another loan was given to us. He couldn't give a date, bank or acct number. I told him the police will be waiting for his next call.  Since the first call the police said to call them every time he calls so we can build a case against him.

I am getting the same calls from "Austin Jones" with a Apu accent. Also said there is a bench warrent out for me. I asked for prove on paper in the mail and they refused! He called at 6 30 am Pacific time which is illegal anyways. I am not gving me anything!

These guys are full of crap. I have spoken with them amny times and they are total scammers. They know all of my information from a Payday loan that I applied for. The guy told me he'd see me the following Monday and that he was going to enjoy dragging me out of my house. I told that brown b*****d that I'd love for him to come try. That it'd be my pleasure to cut off his hand for stealing my money, since that's what they do to thieves over in his country.

They just called me today and leave a message, the guy with heavy accent has an English name totally SCAM. Will not return phone calls.!!!!

I have received several calls from this number saying hes a law enforcement officer, saying there is a charge on my husband. he has a awful accent! I can't understand a word he hardly says. So i told him we had no payday loan from cashnet.com told him i could prove it with back records from my bank account, he was like how do you know it was your husband, I was like i fill out crap all time for my husband he dose't fill ANYTHING out! I do and so he started to yelling at me so i yelled back and said i wanted to speak to an AMERICAN! And he then yelled F*** YOU and hung up! This place is a crock!!

I got 3-4 calls a day for the last two days from this number who says his name was Carlos White (he was Indian) stating there was a bench warrant issued for me because of some unpaid debt.  The last time he called he was laughing as he was leaving the message.  AFter looking at what is listed in these notes for this number - it sounds like a scam.  When I call back it just rings and rings and goes to a mailbox that does not sound like a company.  I am not answering for them or calling them back anymore.  If you get one, I would ignored it.

I just received a call from Mr. Jones and am really mad. because i do have a payday loan but I paid it off a few months ago and recently got a new one for the holidays. So i thought he was telling the truth because he knew all my information. He said I was under 3 counts and would go to jail or could pay a find up to 3,000 dollars. Since the company he was calling from is not the one i GOT the loan from I told him that I will wait for my 3,000 dollar bill and get an attorney. im so irritated!

got a call from an officer jones stating that I am being sued by a company called Kezner for money i owe them. told them i dnt owe anyone money and i never got a loan like what he said that i owe money..called thie number back and now they say they are a law firm and not the police..it just pisses me off that there are people like these .i checked that kezner company he was saying too in the internet , and its a sports site..

I just received a call from this number (713)797-2036 stating that I owe money and that a warrant is out for my arrest.  Another SCAM.  If they call back, I will give them HELL!!!!  Don't be folled by these idiots.  Just report them. The caller's name was Austin Jones.

They are a company called PMCClubs.com which is derived from Peer.1.Net. They are payday scam sites with over 250 sites where they snap shot the screen on some and the others if you fill out the app then they have all you info. They have 2 IP addresses and there bothe under each site. They must hsve mirrored it or something cause when i forund there domain peer.1.net carrier site where they maintain it from i about fell over when i saw just how many payday sites there were. Thats not all these pyles of pig crap use. They have probably 500+ sites ranging from the payday to buying toys online for your kids or just about anything you can think of. When they call you and say there James brown or Bob Harvey, today i got Carlos White so i was Carlos White as well threw him off he didnt know what to say then i asked for his number which he gave and when i asked for the company name he fell apart and didn't know what to say. Said he needed to put me on hold so i asked him why he didnt know the name to the company in which he was employeed at especially being a lawyer and he got mad told me choice words and hung up.Ive been recieving these calls sense Sept 19 of this year. they threaten my life a few times i told come get me cause the moment i see anyone who wlks talks looks and most of all smells like you and steps foot on my property im going to bear arms and start a collection of dead terriosts and man he gets pissed. Screw him hes lucky i cannot find him id pull his toung rite out his a***. I get calls from as early as 4am till 9pm. And you know what person moitering this this is real and these people have wiped my bank account out twice i lost my job cause of this so screw you

Got a call from this number to day saying that i was going to be sued for a unpaid loan. When I asked him for his name and company that he worked for he hung up on me

Yea i got the samething I never heard of no cashnet for no $400 dollars i dont even get loans i am 21 years old and im a truck driver what i need a loan for.

I've been receiving calls for about 2 months now.  From this number and other numbers.
One of them was very threatening, and to my son who had answered the phone.
I called the Police (luckily 2 friends work for our Sheriff's Department).

They called him, stating he was a Police Officer and the other an Attorney.  These people would not give them info even though they say to "have your appointed attorney call".

So, we've been recording all their calls.  Most ALL calls they use a standard script:
Today at 7:00am it started again.  Oh, I don't have a Payday loan?  Or any loans except for my Mortgage.

"Mary", The second you receive this call I need you or your attorney to return my call. This is extremely time sensitive.  My name is Christy Ball (< yeah right, she can barely speak English),  Please have your appointed attorney call me at (718) 841-6477.  Now "Mary", don't disreguard this call.  If you do not return my call I will have to wish you Good Luck.  This situation falls on you.

That was one of the lessor threatening messages.  The same Christy called yesterday.  A couple days ago, I answered quite by accident, (daughter lives out of State and has a new ##), and he said he was "Officer George".  Well, it was the same guy who had called about 5 times already with different names, and he is the one who talked to one of my friends who is a cop.  
So, now they are pretending to be cops?... oh great.

Everytime I block one of their numbers, they start spoofing a new one.  They don't care they are being recorded or traced, because my hunch is that they are not even in the US.  
Who knows.. A bunch of idiots for sure.  And you would think they'd get the hint and quit calling, because obviously I am not going to give them any info, or pay anything I don't owe, or even speak to them.  Crazy, crazy.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. THEY CALLED ME AND HAD MY SOCIAL, DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS, ECT. THEY SAID I OWED CASHNET $400 FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THAT WAS NOT PAID AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SUE ME. (oops sorry for all caps). They said I was going to be charged with 3 counts of fraud and that I needed to pay or get a lawyer. They would not send me copies of any debt information that they had. I told them I don't have any debt, especially any payday loan debt and he called me a liar. So I hung up and called CASHNET. I have no account with them and they said they have been getting tons of calls about this and that this is being investigated by the FBI and BBB. I called the company back and tried to play nice with the guy to get more information on him. I asked him where I could send payment to or if I could Western Union it so I would not be sued...He said NO, they only take debit/credit or prepaid cards. I then told him where to go. I am going to file a police report  HE said his name was Austin George and that he worked for Jones Law Firm in Houston...
