I am constantly getting calls from this number, (Caller ID Frank F),   They never leave a message.

This number is on my phone at least two or three times every week or so. It is a landline the company is At&T carrier,also a Houston Suburban,77002 is what I was given.

I get calls from this number and no one says anything when I answer the telephone.

This number won't stop calling, I've tried picking up to opt out but it hasn't worked thus far.

I am tired of getting so many calls from Frank F.  He calls several times a day and never leaves a message.  I wish the calls would stop

    You needn't worry about any litigation coming your way because as near as can be told you don't really have any assets to go after. But that doesn't mean you can't be dealt with in a manner best suited for guys like yourself.

    The current call center manager at GutterMaxx L.P. is "Wendell" whom of course you remember; he in particular hates a thief as do I and Travis for the record. The payroll records you mentioned that I actually NEVER looked at or authorized on a weekly or any other basis after retiring- are in tact. I was told by the gentlemen above (your successors) that you in fact stole a considerable amount of money from the company (both as cc manager and after being demoted) and that BOTH of them caught you red-handed committing this crime.

    Since I of course still have access to the database (including the payroll records) I can go there and WEEK by WEEK tally the amount you pilfered from the company and put together a PROPER criminal case against you. If that figure is more than $500.00 (which I'm told it most certainly is) your crime(s) will constitute a class "C" or "D" FELONY for which the statute of limitations have not expired.

    In fact a year ago to this day Travis and Wendell hand carried written notarized statements detailing this crime to my home for me to look over and then be forwarded to the Harris County Sheriff's Dept at that time. Unfortunately it turned out that Jersey Village had the jurisdiction in this case and one of your two accusers had a couple unpaid traffic tickets there; so we had to rethink how best to proceed. You may call Wendell at GutterMaxx if you wish to confirm the facts above.

    By the way- It was Frank NOT I who chose not to fight your unemployment claim. It was also Frank who decided (AT THE TIME) not to press charges against you. However we've decided otherwise. Nothing will stop Wendell from finishing what he started a year ago. Travis no longer works for Frank but he will be notified and will participate to whatever degree deemed necessary. I will do more than just assist Wendell this time around. I will make the case.

    Incidentally the Harris County Sheriff's department has the original statements made by the two above who REALLY wanted to see you punished for your crimes back when you first committed them. They (The HCSD) were told at the time to just hold on to the statements...until further notice.

    I will personally retrieve those two sworn statements, add my own lengthier one and compile an exact figure (to the penny) of what you stole from Frank Fulco and deliver it myself to the Jersey Village PD and let them deal with you accordingly. I haven't had a ticket in ten years; but sure enough it was in JV lol. I went on line and took the safety course and had it dismissed.

    P.S. It's presumed that you likely stole that really nice Hewlett Packard Work Station network computer in the cc on your way out the door; but we haven't had time to look at the surveillance tapes for the last few weeks you worked at Gmaxx- just after you were demoted. I got a call from this number @ 6:53pm on 6/21/12 and it came up on the caller id as "H J". When I answered, no one responded, dead silence. I then called right back and was told, "The extension you have dialed is not available at this time".

The Main reason that people are harrassed so much is that you milk the call list and stay in areas far to long calling them non stop. This has increased  because of the idiots you hire to run your telemarketing department. When I took over as call center manager and refused to follow some of your assinge policies we had less problems because unlike you I did not sit at work and work on my Facebook page or use the future employee interview as a potential for finding a date. Few telemarketers give  a s*** about DNC. They hide and/or spoof caller ids of the dialers they operate. The only thing that will stop these calls is a call blocker.  

Also, if you want to find out their actual number, you will need a call forwarder that captures the real originating number (google for an explanation of how this works). Once you have that (+ time & energy) you can try to relieve the bank accounts of a***oles such j heath by litigating (although I suspect that if his account was as fat as he's purports, he wouldn't be hanging out here).

One more option (doesn't stop the calls but helps to get even): get an autodialer (again google for free software dialers), and autodial the f****eads right back (assuming you have unlimited calling or computer telephony savvy).

Neither I nor Mr. F. Fulco has EVER called ANY of your phone numbers you stubborn, petty and totally misinformed excuses for American citizenry!
You (each and every one of you geniuses) were called (QUITE LEGALLY) by a sophisticated computer device called "predictive dialer" which (LEGALLY) hung up on you when all twenty four of  FF?s sales reps were speaking with live prospects- it's referred to as a "dropped call" and they are ALSO (as I mentioned above) quite LEGAL!

The ONLY reason you ever saw mine or Franks names on the caller ID is the he is the owner of the company and I was the marketing director for a decade until I retired TWO years ago in July. It was he that paid the phone bills every month and I who dealt with the telecom on and as needed basis and the only person in the company authorized to do so because of my position. Frank also has an "inbound" call center and SEVERAL OTHER advertising vehicles nation wide that he spends far more (10X) money on compared to the "outbound" calling you stupid, uniformed people are whining about.

FOR THE RECORD- I HATE TELEMARKETING AND TELEMARKETERS AND ALWAYS HAVE. In fact I was one of the first people in the US to get on the DNC a full year before the law even went into affect. My only involvement as the former marketing director for Mr. Fulco?s company (I retired two years ago in July) was to maintain the three digital ?T1s? (72 phone lines) and ensure the efficacy of the data. Regarding the DNC list; THE DNC ITSELF will be the first to admit that their system is flawed and that they CONSTANTLY fail to add or remove numbers from their database. In our case they failed to get it right an average of 75 mistakes per month. Of course Mr. Fulco was never held accountable for these mistakes because we as a company doing a very small amount of outbound telemarketing; were not responsible for anything but downloading the new numbers they gave us each month- which we did religiously.


I made a huge amount of money over the last decade working for Mr. Fulco investing that annual six figs into my own projects not related to his business. I?m speaking of high seven to low eight figures for you mathematically inclined. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEND IT ALL. I AM (AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN) SINGLE WITHOUT CHILDREN; mostly because most women think (or don?t think) exactly like the people that have posted their ridiculous, slanderous and libelous words on this site.

It's out there because "Frank F." is harassing the hell out of all of us.  He has no right to call our homes when we have expressed no desire or interest in his product.  I've submitted a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's office, so hopefully he soon receives a phone call from the authorities.  He's an a***ole and should have his phone lines removed.

I received a call from this number tonight and the name came up as Frank F.  Nobody said a word when I said hello repeatedly and then they hung up.  I called back and it was a non-working extension, but I was able to get the opperator and it was a company that does work with glass and patios or something like that (her accent was tough to hear).  She offered to put me on the do not call list.

I got a phone call tonight after 7pm this evening from this number.  I beg you, please, please, please do not call my house at this hour unless it's an emergency.  My husband is a truck driver and has to be up at 11pm for dispatch.  Granted, you people that are calling are in Texas so you're not in danger if my husband drives off of the road and kills people, but for crying out loud, think of his kids and his grand kids, and the kids/grand kids that would be in danger from him driving on a little bit of sleep.
