A call from a collection agency and said that I was going to be arrested for faud. They also threatened to have the police pick me up at work.

Received not one but three calls from a "Kim Smith'. Said she was going to have me arrested at work because I hung up on her or as she said "hung up in here face". I'm tired of this. Something seriously needs to be done.  This type of harassment should not be allowed!!!

The woman claimed to be from the National Fraud Association, claimed she had business with my husband but didn't know his last name and then when I told her she was a fraud, she called me white trash.  It seems these companies definately have no morals.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Called my job twice back to back. Gave information to a co worker about nature of call. This is for some check fraud. I have not had a checking account in years and have not written a check in about 5 years. By law they are required to send me something is writing and have not. I do not appreciate them callin and threatening to have me arrested at work. This tyoe of threat is illegal. I am doing research now and if calls do not stop legal action will be taken. I am under bankruptcy and no can call and harass me on my job.

This number has been calling me for the past 5 days now. It calls me 5-6 times a day but never leaves a message. Today they started calling at 630am. When I called back it rang several times then went to a regular message saying this is Charles leave a message and I'll get back with you.

Well this guy called my phone, my daughter's phone and my home phone all in a matter of an hr. I did a reverse look-up and was told there was no company associated with this number so I called the number. A guy named Charles answered and when I addressed him he said Charles was his last name. He never gave a company name although he stated he was a private investigator and that I had a  check cash loan I didn't repay. He stated he was going to have me arrested. Total scam. I reported this to my local police department.

This is a ruthless collection agency that calls after and before hours, uses in scrupulous tactics, threatens and has no morals.  They change their voice mail name by the day. Reported to CFPB!
