Identified himself only as a "DEA agent", stating that he had a warrant for my person and a search warrant for my property, accusing me of purchasing Rx's online about ten years ago.  (Even if it was true, ever heard of the statute of limitations?  Yeah.)  Regardless, it had me quite upset as I have 2 ill family members to look after and don't need this nonsense.  I had my lawyer ring him back; he also reporting him.   It sickens me to think how many people may have sent him money out of fear and just not knowing.....

Same thing, Javier Pena, very thick accent. Had search warrant for my home and arrest warrant for me. The message is still on my answering machine as we weren't home at the time. I also ordered some diet pills online at least 10 years ago and that single order has haunted me over the years but never this scary. The return number was 713-965-7235. Quite a relief to find it's a scam.

got a call this morning (on my CELL! which is on the do not call list) from 713-965-7235.. heavy accented man was screaming at me telling me he was 30 minutes from my house with law enforcement to arrest me on drug charges.. that as of 1999 it is illegal and there are NO statue of limitations for purchasing drugs over the internet and that I had and would arrested unless I answered all of his questions.. I kept telling him I had no idea what he was talking about - he would yell at me that yes I did.. I finally hung up.. and then went online and saw all of these posts from others about calls from this #..

This scum bag called my wife with this exact same scam. He made my wife cry while we was shopping. I got on the phone and gave him a few choice words and he hung up. I continued to call him back and sometimes he would cut his phone off. Report this looser as he has done this to too many ppl. REPORT HIM!      05/13/2014

Apparently all of our calls to report 713-965-7235 to Fraud Division are not working, I just got the same DEA bogus call on 5/7/14 from the same number...I guess it's an example of our tax dollars at work!!

Just called me and scared the crap out of me. He would get very upset with him if I tried to ask any questions. When I told him that I wanted to contact my attorney, "I could talk all I wanted from Federal Prison".  At one point I tried to use my speaker phone and he knew immediately and told me to pick up the phone. At that point he said they were coming and hung up. Scared me to death!!

I just received a call from 713-965-7235 and have a voicemail from a man with a very strong accent, I believe he said his name was Javier. he said he was the Sargeant in charge with the DEA Agency of the United States. He stated  he had a warrant for my arrest and to search my property.

What can I do to report this?

Just got that call today.....when he said international DEA investigation, I laughed.  And he told me I wouldn't be laughing when they are knocking on my front door.  And then he hung up.   The REAL DEA investigative people would not respond that way so at that moment I knew it was a scam.  What a doofus.

Got the same call, this is the 3rd time these idiots have called me-from Houston TX #, a Michigan# and a Maryland#.  Are they all involved in the same scam ring?  They all say basically the same thing, and they are not very good at it.  The first time I did speak with the guy, and soon figured it was a scam, and told him so.  He hung up on me.  The others I don't even pick up unless I know the ph#'s, so they left messages.  How can we stop these d***s from calling us?  Very frustrated.  

Just received a VM from this Pena.  They really should change their script because the real DEA would never warn you that they have an arrest warrant and a search warrant.  These idiots are in Dominican Republic and use magic jack to make their ph#'s appear to be landlines in the U.S.  They called me last year, at first I did not know what to think, but when they told me they would waive charges if I sent them $2750 via wire transfer I knew it was a very bad SCAM!  These people are disgusting and should be arrested NOW.

This guy left a message on my voice mail. same story arrest warrant and search warrant. I couldnt get his name since his english was so bad.

My daughter got this same phone call and this is NOT funny!  She is a young adult with children and this is frightening to everyone.  This person MUST be stopped!  713-965-7235 out of Texas!  Said she purchased diet pills online in 2005 & 2007, of which she has NOT.  He told her he had an arrest warrant and was on his way to pick her up.  He told her he knew everything about her, name, address, phone #, etc.

I just had a message on my cell phone. I called him back and had to give him my last name 4 times, he asked if I knew who he was, and told me that he had a warrant to search my house and could be there in 30 minutes, then hung up on me! What a loser!!!

Mr. Pena stated that he has a warrant to search my property and also wanted my wifes's phone number.  Who does this guy think he is?  First of all, you can't hardly understand this guy and he's rude. Second, if you live in another state other than where this idiot is calling you from (Houston, TX) first you should know that if the DEA had a problem with you then the DEA in your state would contact you, they would not ask a second party from another state to contact you. Confused as to why this guy isn't in jail!!!???? Impersonating an officer!!!? He's an idiot! I continue to call him back... At least 90 times to piss him off! He's too cowardly to talk, but he's annoyed!

It is 2/17/14 at approx 11.00 am That guy called me to and said he was DEA.  He said you know why I am calling you right and I said no.  He hung up and called back saying I hung up on him.  He tried that DEA stuff again and I told him if he was an agent he would be at my door right now and he said they were coming to arrest me.  He told me to calm down because I started yelling at him and I then told him I didn't have to do anything he said and hung up.  I called 911 right after!

Same as all above. Man with heavy latin accent claiming to be DEA and 30 minutes from my house. He said that I was going to be arrested today.Scared the witts out of me but knowing that I haven't done anything wrong helped. I called and reported it to the DEA Fraud/Scam office in LA.

Someone from 7139657235 called my phone stating they were with the DEA and I had a warrant for my arrest and to call them back immediately. Couldn't understand anything else, as they were very thick tongued.
