Received 27 calls from this number on 4-18-13, irritated!

I had been receiving calls from this number about every 5 minutes.  They first called and asked for a relative's number, which I did not give out.  I called back and got a busy signal, then they started calling about every 5-10 minutes, but would hang up when I answered.  I just had their number blocked and hope that will put a stop to it.

File a complaint with the FCC online against SW Bell / ATT - they apparently have custody of this number.

I got 11 calls yesterday. Same for me- returned calls the line is busy.

713-966-6728 called me 15 times yesterday. Very annoying. No one is ever on the line.

I called the FCC and i highly recommend that everyone here should do the same.as well as  filling out the paperwork. Just an FYI from the FCC: Do not answer the call and place a block on this number if applicable. To all IPHONE users: Since the IPHONE does not have a block feature, you have to purchase an APP. Hope this helps.

I have gotten 11 phone calls from #713-966-6728 today, 4/16/13, alone. They call me everyday. Is there a way to make them stop?

This is a health insurance telemarketer and will not stop even when requested.  They called 15+ times today. 8 of those within the past 80 minutes.

I just answered and they asked for a Mr. Lori....really last I knew Lori was a girls name....geesh!!!

Today alone, in less than 6 hours, someone from this number has called 11 times. This has been going on for a few days now. No one is there when I answer, they don't leave a voicemail, and when I call back there is a busy signal. This is driving my insanse.

13 times today, 9 times yesterday, 9 times saturday, and so on.. For all of you Sprint Users:

To block or restrict voice calls:
Sign in to My Sprint with valid username and password at www.sprint.com.
Click the My Preferences tab.
Under Limits and Permissions, click Block voice.
Select a phone to block.
Choose from the following options to block, restrict or allow calls:
Do not block any voice calls (all previously blocked voice calls will be archived for easy access later)
Block all out-bound voice calls
Block only the following phone numbers for inbound and outbound calls
Enter a phone number to block in the field and click Add number. The number will be added to the block list. To remove, select the number and click Remove. If customer does not have permissions to block voice calls, a message will display indicating the selection cannot be blocked.
Click Save to block voice access. If updates were saved successfully, the following confirmation message will be displayed: "Thank you! We've saved your changes."
A Blocked icon will appear next to the phone that has blocked voice services. Turn the phone off and back on for the new settings to take effect

Called 4x today and so many times in the last 2 weeks. Please cease and desist!

They call all the tim. I answer they hang up. Call them back and the line is busy. They need to stop. Getting upset.

They just called me 3 times back to back. All in the same minute, while I am at work! UGH

Keep getting calls from this number, about 5-6 times daily.  I have never answered as I don't answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  Will need to block this number.

After seeing all of these comments, I've added this number as a contact to my phone and now have it blocked. So ridiculous

UPDATE: it is 5:05 and I just received another call. This time I spoke to a Frank Carroll who was calling about a Health Insurance Program. When I told him I was writing this down, he hung up on me. This call center is based out of Houston, Texas and several other sites have numerous complaints against them as well. I will be informing the FCC of the newest information.

Getting constant calls and always busy when I try to call back. This needs to stop!

I have already reported this number to the FCC since I am on the DNC registry nationally and state level. I try to return the call, but to no avail since it is ALWAYS busy. Woe to the person that finally speaks next time I answer.

Six calls in three days.

They call in 30 minute intervals - IF they are a telemarketer....what part of DO NOT CALL do they not understand????  You can't fix stupid though so.....

robo call why can't you report this crap

Received 2 calls today. The second time someone answered saying he was from Health One I believe.

WHO EVER THIS NUMBER BELONGS TO THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE YOU CALL BACK LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY. ONE TIME WHEN I DID ANSWER THEY WERE SPEAKING ANOTHER LANGUAGE I THOUGHT I LIVED IN THE USA  ISN'T OUR LANGUAGE ENGLISH?  THIS IS TRUTHFUL LANGUAGE IT'S THE USA AND WE SPEAK ENGLISH.
