7075084204 this number was connected to an recovery investigations company, person is of indian decent, from India. told me i would be arrested at my place of employment connected with a payday loan.

a man that call himself officer robert hudson from bci buearu of investigations is calling with a strong accent.2 years a go he called him self robert cooper.say the same thing ,he must have forgtten i reported him two years ago for the samething.asking for money and say get your attoney to contact him,if not good luck i will b arrested,i paid them nothing and still not arrested,is there any way to stop teses people.

I have called them and told them they are well known as a fraud and have been reported to the FTC and FBI. No effect on the phone calls--still coming. Don't know how this applies to others but the cable company from whom I get digital voice tells me I can block specific numbers on my phone by pressing *60 and following instructions, so I plan to block this number from now on. FYI in case anyone else wants to do it.

This person by the name of Conrad that sound indian to me is running a scam and telling me that I owe money to them. That if I don't pay I will be arrested they keep calling my phone number and at work as well. I am getting fed up with these people bothering me and leaving nasty messages. Please can you do something about this. and this is the other phone number that they leave me to return the call 310-974-8958. They don't say what company they are from

I got the same type of message today -- to both my cell phone and my work phone.  I plan to ignore it...but what the heck?  this guy sounds like a complete and total weirdo.  he says the same thing as above.

I work for a business and this number keeps calling for an x employee saying they are legal department and are going to take legal matters if we do not put her on the phone. Also uses profanity and is rude.

They are calling from the internet tellow pages. They speak with a heavy accent I believe to be Indian. They call as early as 7:00AM and as late as 10:00 PM. I have told them repeatedly not to continue calling, so far today they ahve called 4 times.

THIS GUY HAS BEEN CALLING APPROXIMATLYE 5 TIMES A DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO MY BUSINESS.  HE IS JOHN OR SHAUN WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT.  HE ADVISED ME THAT I COULD ADVERTISE FREE ON THE INTERNET YELLOW PAGES.  I TOLD HIM NO.  NOW WHEN HE CALLS I DON'T LET MY SECRETARY GET IT... I DO ... I THEN SCREAM AS LOUD AS I CAN "NO".  THEN I HANG UP.  IT HASN'T KEPT HIM FROM CALLING, BUT IT SURE FEELS GOOD.  I SUGGEST IF EVERYONE WOULD DO THAT MAYBE HE WOULD START TO BELIEVE IT.

I've gotten 3 calls in 2 days from someone who calls himself John Watson.  With his thick accent, I know this clown is not any John Watson.  He leaves messages on voicemail for Randy, although my voicemail ID's me with my real name (not Randy).  He says events will unfold on me if I don't call him back at some #  (accent is so bad I can't understand it).

A "John Martin" called me and said I need to send a him a notarized fax with my ID, Debit Card Info stating they can debit $785.00 from my account.  I pressed him for an address which was a fake and where he went to law school--Davenport Law School in CA (FAKE).  When I called the police in Riverside CA to verify the address low and behold it is a FAKE!!!  I called "John Martin" back and he stated that his address was "F**K You B***C" and that I could come over and "Suck his D**K".  I called the police and they said he would probably leave me alone knowing I called the police.  No such luck, they will not leave me alone and I am scared.  He told me his team of investigators would be coming to my house, my husbands work and to my families house and I would go to court.  How can we get these freaks to leave us alone???????????????  He has me call back to 760-514-0147 yet he calls from 714-006-6000.

Same thing this Indian guy called my work and i told him i cannot get phone calls at my job and he said its an emergency i said well then call my cell phone and leave a message and when he called he wouldnt say anything at all but last night someone else called threatening me and saying i need an attorney.  I explained that i am 4 mos pregnant and he is making me very upset he said well just send a letter authorizing me to take money out of your credit card on this date and write that you cannot dispute it, i then said he must be crazy.

I will tell you all this, i know times get tough, i have taken out quite a few payday loans and now am paying them off actually found a compnay PDL Associates who consolidates them and they are great you only pay 30% of the balance, they take away all your fees and if times are tough ask a friend or family member i will never do this again!!  its not worth it in the long run.

I recieved a call from this number and was told I was to call them back and if I did not then he wishes me good luck.  I called back and got Jason Beesie (ya right) who asked me my name and what number they had reached me at, when I told him he said are you the (said my name back) with the S.S. number of ----------.  He knew my S.S. number!!!  I said yes and he told me that I would be served with court papers the next day at work for stealing money, fraud charges and writing bad checks.  I told him that could not be correct.  He said he was a federal prosocutor and that I would be arrrested the next day as well.  I could get no information from him as to who he represented.  I asked to speak to his superior and he said that would be a federal judge that I would have to make an appt., but he would not give me the inoformation I needed to do that. I told him I had talked to the police (which at the time I had not) and that he had to give me that information he said to have the police call him.  I hung up before there was  any mention of money.  I did file a police report, and needless to say I am home not in jail.

I received a call from this number today at 2:57 pm PST.  They left a 2 second silent voicemail.  How rude.  I will not pick up from this number should they call again.

I have been getting harassing calls from this number,but I let it go to voicemail.The same jerk with a bad indian accent keeps telling me to" call back immediately before it all folds around me.If I don't,may God save me"He said his name was Gerald Brown,one time.Then,another time the same jerk said he was"Ger...Ryan Walker"It's a fraud!!!!!! They called me with all my personal; info..social security # phone number and name of my work place!!!! advising that I had legal issues/warrants against my name...When I told him I counldnt underatand him due to the accent..He hung up on me!!!

Check it, ya'll. Got a phone call from 714-066-6000 and a guy with an Indian accent asked for me by my middle name. I hung up. when he called back, I kept whispering "hello" over and pver again. The caller said "You want to have sex with me?" "I'd like to meet you". Yup. Real legitimate debt collectors these guys are....MWAH HAhahahahahahahaha. Shame on them. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO, PAY THEM ANY MONEY OR AGREE TO THEIR TERMS. It's all BS!!!!

I got 3 of these phone calls from this Indiana dude and when I was asking about who, when, where?
He just kept saying, "You need to go to court about this loan you got" or make arrangements now" for the $8000 dollar loan. And we are a law firm that is willing to help you, and by pass some portion of the fees for court.
With this law firm you can just pay $1000 on Friday and be free and clear.

I freaked, and say send me something at home and then email me to my private email then attach the affidavit that I am apparently being served with to court. But I asked, when your summons to court doesn't someone serve you.

They didn't give Law Firm name either.

I recieved a call from these guys.  They call after normal business hours ona Friday.  The weekend of memorial day.  They accused me of check fruad, and then proceeded with threats of blacklisting my social securty number, lawsuits, etc.  I listened for awhile and while I was listening I researched my bank acount for the supposed loan and pay off and neither one of them was listed in my bank records.  I then thought that this was a scam, but stilll no sure as they had a lot of my personal information.  I began to start asking them questions, like..."sir if you do not pay to resolve this today, then I will file a lawsuit against you on Monday"....so I ask them how they were going to file a lawsuit on Monday when it memorial day, and all goverment offices are closed?  They could not answer.....this is when I ended my call with them stating that they could go ahead and file and send me some thing in writing before I pay them any red cent.

I got a phone call this morning on my cell phone this morning and it said a California number and it was at 8:51 am est so it was 5:51 there.  He said he wanted to talk to me and said his name was JOhn Smith, yeah right he was foreign.  Then he wanted to talk to my lawyer right away.  I am at home with my 17 month old daughter, and I have my lawyer right beside me?  I believe these people are also calling my brother and his 8 month pregnant wife leaving messages saying that there is a warrant out for me!!! He then hung up on me and I tried to call back, but the number wouldn't let me.  This is rediculous and it needs to stop!

If it was a legitimate lawsuit, you shouldn't have to go to California ... especially since you don't live there.  I called the California Bar Association and asked about the name they gave me when they called me and the phone number they gave me and it was not a lawyer in the state of California.

I received a call from these people ... the woman claimed to be a lawyer and I called the California Bar Association (the number she gave me was an 818 number from California) and found that she did not exist.  She told me to contact the Federal Trade Commision.  I would also file a police report if you can and get a fraud alert on your credit report because they have all your information including your social security number.

I called them back and asked for their address so my attorney can contact them.  They quickly hung up and now THEY won't answer my calls.  What is the world coming too????  Nothing is safe.
